The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly. My room although small was very clean and just want I needed. Breakfast was great with an excellent variety and choice of foods. The location was brilliant, easy to reach from the airport as the RissyBus stops approx 5 mins from the hotel and most places if not within walking distance were easy to get to via the metro |

The Hotel Gramont Opera has a very friendly, helpful front desk staff, particularly the woman who was there in the daytime - I'm sorry I didn't get your name! - and a terrific location near the Opera House, the Galleries Lafayette, and several metro stops. The room was clean and comfortable, if on the small side - but that is to be expected in European hotels. I appreciated the free internet and free croissants in the lobby in the afternoons! There wasn't much I didn't like about it; I didn't feel the breakfast buffet was really worth 12.95 euros, particularly when I all I really wanted was coffee and a croissant. Since my room faced right out onto the street and was also directly across from the elevator, I feared it would be noisy...but it really wasn't too bad, I slept quite well. (The street wasn't very busy, but then again I live in New York City and am accustomed to a certain amount of street noise, others might feel differently!) |

The location of the hotel is one of the top features. There are a large variety of restaurants within walking distance and the area was safe and clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and are there to help with any questions. The hotel was family friendly, offering accomodations of up to four to a room. The rooms were clean and comfortable and certainly a good value. |

the hotel staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful: they are the best asset of this hotel. For a Parisian 3 stars hotel, the rooms were a good size. The room was in excellent conditions. Breakfast quality was good, and bearing in mind it's a 3 stars, good selection too. Lack of a mini bar. However staff was very helpful and they brought drinks to our room. |

The staff were very helpful and informative about happenings around the hotel. Directions and info were always accurate. I think breakfast should be included in the price of the rooms...every other hotel we stayed at in Europe during our vacation, included breakfast...at similar and even lower price points. |

Free pastries, warm welcome. Wifi internet didn't work at all, couldn't get important work done at hotel. Staff did try to help by resetting the wifi box but to no avail. |

The staff are welcoming, the location ideal, and the rooms are basic, but very clean, very well appointed and very quiet - a rareity in Paris. The breakfast is a bit sparse, but certainly acceptable. |

Sandra at Reception was lovely and exceedingly helpful. The staff were always pleasant. The free pastries in the morning and Champagne on arrival went down a treat! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Location wise it allows you to walk to all the main sites (if you don't think a 20-30 minute walk is too far) and its close to about 4 Metro Stations. There was a family staying in the room above us, and the children were very noisy (jumping around), so we were woken by their thumping. Sandra kindly asked them to pipe down and the rest of the stay was great. The traffic noise during the day (but then who stays in their room during the day) could be distracting if you were to stay in your room, but then maybe I am just being a little sensitive! |

Good location, very clean room, fresh & tasty breakfast, simple but comfortable place for 1. No heating in the room, the central air-conditioning simply does not work in a winter day like this. It was so cold in the room I had to stay in bed when I'm not out. The single-layer windows and thin walls did not help with temparature or noise. Lucikly it was not too loud during my stay. |

Nice place (in walking distance to most of sites), stylish (renovated in 2009), really great staff - open, friendly, helpful - you feel like at home. Great breakfast (for a reasonable price of 12 Euros), free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Pretty nothing. The only thing which could be better was the room size, but that was absolutely expectable for 3 stars hotel in Paris. |

The hotel is really nice, location is great and the staff members are very helpful and keen to communicate in english. We booked a quadruple room and it was excellent, with two bathrooms and all. The only drawback was that the wifi service wasn't working all the time, but it did during about half of our stay. I would surely recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Paris. |
