Hotelli oli keskeisellä paikalla,viihtyisä,siisti ja rauhallinen.Aamiainen oli runsas ja kohtuuhintainen verrattuna lähiravintoloiden ja -kahviloiden hintatasoon. |

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja asiallinen siivous. Savuhälyttimen patteri oli loppu ja vilkkui, mutta sitä ei kolmen päivän aikana vaihdettu. / Aaamiainen on hyvin vaatimaton ja edullisemmin ja paremmin syö läheisissä kahviloissa. |

hyvä palvelu eli hyvin neuvoivat kun kysyimme ja palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä.hotellin sijainti oli myös hyvä(rauhallisen kadun varrella). aamiainen oli vähän turhan kallis siihen nähden mitä tarjolla oli,mutta pakko ei ole syödä siellä sekä jääkaappi puuttui huoneista. |

Hyvä sijainti. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Bookkauksessa oli tullut joku sekaannus ja meillä oli vain 2 hengen huone, mutta saimme veloituksetta käyttöömme toisen huoneen 1. yöksi ja 2. yönä koko perhe jo nukkuikin isommassa huoneessa. Seuraavalla Pariisin reissulla todennäköisesti asumme taas täällä. Hotelli oli ollut vasta 2 kk auki, joten palveluja ei juuri ollut muuta kuin aamupala. Pyyhkeistäkin tuntui olevan pientä puutetta. |

Staff were very helpful - especially Sandra who helped organise the return of a lost suitcase for me. The location is excellent, being very close to three Metro stations. The room was small though spotless and I had no trouble connecting to the free wi-fi service. I look forward to returning to Paris and would stay at Hôtel Gramont Opera again. |

The staff were very friendly and willing to recommend places to go and things to see. The hotel was clean, modern and the rooms, although quite small, were attractive and well appointed. The walls to the rooms were quite thin, and whilst this was fine most of the time, it was particularly apparent early in the morning when the cleaners were starting their rounds. They were very noisy both outside and inside the rooms they were cleaning which woke us up both mornings. Other than that there was nothing to complain about. |

The hotel was great, and my single room was perfect. It was quiet, clean, well located, and very comfortable. (Ideal for the single, museum-going traveller!!!) Finally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was spacious and comfy. The room was a good size for a family with young children-as far as Paris rooms go. The beds were very comfortable. A bit pricey. Room didn't have fridge. |

Very welcoming staff, very helpful. Small computer available in the lobby to check e-mails or surf the net (for free° and I think free WiFi (didn't have my own laptop with me though) Room was relatively small, tiny bathroom. All brand new and clean though |

the twin bedded room was so small we couldn't open our suitcases , they also say they have an elevator, but don't tell you it only goes to the 5th floor and we were on the 6th floor and no one to help carry luggage up narrow stairs |
