Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal samt utomordentlig städning och renhet i rummet. Duschrummet rent, fräscht med bra dusch(-utrymme) Som på de flesta hotell i Paris är frukosten för dyr |

Utmärkt familjerum med 2 separata sovrum (varav 1 med bäddsoffa) och 2 badrum . Därtill 2 platta- TV samt fri WiFi för laptop. Lokaliserad på en lugn sidogata för ostört sömn. Gångavstånd till shopping och Louvre och bra restauranger. 3 tunnelbanestationer i närheten och sightseeingbuss som stannar vid Opera. Trevlig ägarinna från Scheiwz som pratar bra engelska och hjälper gärna till med vägdirektioner till turistattraktioner. Dyr frukost 12 euro. |

Mycket trevlig och service minded personal. Nyrenoverat och fräscht. Bodde 4 vuxna i ett 4-bäddsrum (quadruple) - fungerade bra då det var som 2 sammanhängande rum med 2 badrum - det var ganska trångt och den ena sängen var en dubbelbäddsoffa - dock av mycket god kvalitet. Något trångt men fullt acceptabelt. Ingen minibar. |

Staff were very helpful - especially Sandra who helped organise the return of a lost suitcase for me. The location is excellent, being very close to three Metro stations. The room was small though spotless and I had no trouble connecting to the free wi-fi service. I look forward to returning to Paris and would stay at Hôtel Gramont Opera again. |

The staff were very friendly and willing to recommend places to go and things to see. The hotel was clean, modern and the rooms, although quite small, were attractive and well appointed. The walls to the rooms were quite thin, and whilst this was fine most of the time, it was particularly apparent early in the morning when the cleaners were starting their rounds. They were very noisy both outside and inside the rooms they were cleaning which woke us up both mornings. Other than that there was nothing to complain about. |

Perfect location, friendly and service oriented staff. Our family spent 4 beatiful days in Paris and staying in this hotel was a perfect addition to the entire trip short list of non-French TV chanels |

The hotel was great, and my single room was perfect. It was quiet, clean, well located, and very comfortable. (Ideal for the single, museum-going traveller!!!) Finally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was spacious and comfy. The room was a good size for a family with young children-as far as Paris rooms go. The beds were very comfortable. A bit pricey. Room didn't have fridge. |

Very welcoming staff, very helpful. Small computer available in the lobby to check e-mails or surf the net (for free° and I think free WiFi (didn't have my own laptop with me though) Room was relatively small, tiny bathroom. All brand new and clean though |

the twin bedded room was so small we couldn't open our suitcases , they also say they have an elevator, but don't tell you it only goes to the 5th floor and we were on the 6th floor and no one to help carry luggage up narrow stairs |

In general we can not fault this hotel. Although small, it was comfortable, very clean and every single person there were friendly and helpful. The hotel is central and ideal for a weekend trip to Paris. The breakfast was not huge, but there is more than enough to choose from and I thought it was well presented and the products were all nice and fresh. I will most definitely be going back!!! |
