The location was excellent and the staff very helpful when we had an emergency. The bed was quite nice although the room was very small.

Check in took a while because staff was tied up and the computer for guests wasn't working.

Great value hotel in a great location. reception staff were hardworking and very helpful.

I could hear quite a bit of noise from ext door but it was no real issue.

The Gramont is perfect. Located next to all the shopping and restaurants you'll ever need, a very short walk to three metro stops, a slightly longer walk to the Louvre and Seine, it could not be better located. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. I can't say enough good about this hotel, we will return to it again!

The room was very comfortable. Loved the shower! The hotel staff was extremly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable especially the front desk clerk. We didn't get her name but she was a critical person in making our stay enjoyable This was our first time in Paris and her knowledge about the city, things to do, as well as instructions on how to navigate the Metro system helped make our stay an enjoyable one. Overall, we greatly appreciated the hotel's comfort and assistance.

The area felt safe on the street in the daytime, but we were a bit uneasy at night.

This hotel's biggest asset though is it's exceptional staff. We were treated like the most important guests in Paris. From helping with booking tickets for attractions, helping us planning our days, assisting with transfers. My kids could not wait to get back to the hotel after each day to see Sandra and Nicky again. Rooms are very clean and neat.

we 3 people stayed in a quadrufle room, the room was quite large and has 2 bathroom. great for a group under 4 people. Staffs are very kind and they did the best when I needed certains services. (Actually I got everything that I needed. Very conveninent..) Hotel arranged a taxi to CDG airport for us, I recommend this service if you are a group. Good locations, quality servies, clean rooms, friendly staffs.

The staff at Hotel Gramont Opera were extremely obliging and responsive to my emails. The location is also excellent, serviced by two Metro lines that go to most parts of the City without having to switch trains too often. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Paris.

No carpark

We were staying at this hotel as part of our honeymoon and upon arriving we found the staff had left us a bottle of champagne in the room which was lovely of them. They also went out their way to buy me a valentines card to give to my newly wed wife as a had forgotten - very good since I asked them to by email while on my way on Eurostar! The staff of this hotel are the real gem. They were fantastic and apart from a cleaner who seemed to work unusually early on the room next to us I cannot fault the service at all.

The room was rather smaller than I was expecting - though despite this it was very pleasant and well appointed. The cleaner who worked on the room next to ours at around 8am was an annoyance also.
