Hôtel Gramont Opera

This hotel is at a convenient location. We could reach 2 metro stations within 2 minutes. The opera house, lafayatte and printemps are just about 5 minute walk from the hotel. Although the room is small, it's spotless and comfortable. The staffs are extremely helpful, in particular, Aurelie. We were even offered a glass of free champagne and snacks on christmas' eve and the free croissants available in late morning at the bar were heart warming on christmas day when all the nearby bakeries or shops were closed. We thank the staff for the good service and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It starts to be a bit noisy at around 9am in the morning (cleaning, slapping doors by people walking out of rooms).

the staff are excellent and very helpful. We stayed at the hotel for my wifes birthday and they could not be more helpful. The location is great and there are restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The staff were very helpful and informative about happenings around the hotel. Directions and info were always accurate.

I think breakfast should be included in the price of the rooms...every other hotel we stayed at in Europe during our vacation, included breakfast...at similar and even lower price points.

One morning I was woken up by vaccuming (either in the hallway or nearby room) at 8:30am.

It was very central and therefore we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. I would use this hotel again.

Sandra at Reception was lovely and exceedingly helpful. The staff were always pleasant. The free pastries in the morning and Champagne on arrival went down a treat! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Location wise it allows you to walk to all the main sites (if you don't think a 20-30 minute walk is too far) and its close to about 4 Metro Stations.

There was a family staying in the room above us, and the children were very noisy (jumping around), so we were woken by their thumping. Sandra kindly asked them to pipe down and the rest of the stay was great. The traffic noise during the day (but then who stays in their room during the day) could be distracting if you were to stay in your room, but then maybe I am just being a little sensitive!

Nice place (in walking distance to most of sites), stylish (renovated in 2009), really great staff - open, friendly, helpful - you feel like at home. Great breakfast (for a reasonable price of 12 Euros), free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Pretty nothing. The only thing which could be better was the room size, but that was absolutely expectable for 3 stars hotel in Paris.

Very friendly staff, room was spacious (for Paris), modern and clean. 'Service' is very much the focus here! Breakfast had sufficient choices and everything was fresh. Location was almost in the middle between the Louvre & the big departmentstores, so everything is easily reachable on foot.

The staff were very friendly and willing to recommend places to go and things to see. The hotel was clean, modern and the rooms, although quite small, were attractive and well appointed.

The walls to the rooms were quite thin, and whilst this was fine most of the time, it was particularly apparent early in the morning when the cleaners were starting their rounds. They were very noisy both outside and inside the rooms they were cleaning which woke us up both mornings. Other than that there was nothing to complain about.
