The position of the hotel is fabulous, central for everything. The room we first had was on the fourth floor and although it was supposed to be a superior room was anything but. We asked and were given a move to the fifth floor which was absolutely lovely. |

Very good location in Nice. Close to the beach, close to Old city, close to shopping areas. I would recommend to renovate bathroom and toilet as they are really old. Water in the sink wasn't going away while washing and brushing teeth, which is a bit disgusting. Also in a room safe is necessity. |

We liked it because of it's location. it was convenient to all amenities in Nice i.e.: Old Town, Shopping, Promenade Beach, etc. The room we had on the 2nd floor looked as if it could do with a makeover. Looked a bit dated, unpleasant aroma in separate toilet. In the reviews we read of the Hotel on your website there were similar about certainrooms |

The hotel was situated in the centre of Nice, very close to the old town ideal for eating out at night opposite the fountain square and a 2 minute walk to the very efficient tram system. Didn't appriciate paying 14 euro extra per person per day for using the roof terrace of the hotel to sit out in the sun. I would expect this to be included in the hotel room charge. |

The bed was amazingly comfortable and so was comforter. The staff was very attentive to me when I was in a delicate situation regarding a missing companion and did whatever they could to help me. The business computer was too expensive |

We loved the location of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not like the fact that we had to pay €14 each to use the rooftop bar area. In a four star hotel this should be included in the price of the room. This was bad value for money as we only had 2 hrs to use the fascility. |

It was not bad overall. Good location was very good. Staff were not the most friendly. The bed was two singles beds pushed together and kept slipping apart so this was not the best. THe swimming pool and lounge area cost €14 per day per person which was very expensive. |

There is nothing I really liked. The only good thing was the location, which is close to the old centre and next to all the shops. Dirty small old room in not renovated part, very ugly bathroom and uncomfortable. This was not notified when I booked. The photos on the hotel website (even of the standard rooms) are much nicer than in reality. We were offered we could stay in a nicer room for 50 euros more, but if I'd known that, I would have booked somewhere else! |

The biggest plus for this hotel is its proximity both to the beaches and to the old city. Our room was quite nice, but my friends's room was not. |

Hotel was really nice great location right on the square close to everything Hotel prices for mini bar excessive, €4.50 for a 330ml bottle of water a tad pricey, would have prefered the pool area to be open not to much signage for this, rooms very small expecting slightly bigger however very claen |

We paid a very reduced price through bookings.com and therefore felt the hotel was good value for money, The location is very central and convenient for the bus station. The public rooms are well maintained and decorated. The bedroom was spacious with ample storage. The hotel was quiet at night. If we had paid the rack rate we would not have felt the hotel was good value for money. The bedroom and especially the bathroom, were a little "tired." |

Hotel arrangement in city centre, a view from the window, the cleanliness, new furniture, nearby taxi parking, a balcony. It is desirable to make heating of water in pool, bathrooms in lux should be more, iron jalousie at windows should work normally, partitions between the next balconies should not be transparent. |

It is very centrally located, near the main shopping area and old town(Restaurants). The Bus from airport stops right across the main square so very handy indeed. Although advertised pool and lounge area it was closed as it was "winter"? Mid april and lots of sunshine is a joy when your from somewhere that it rains all the time. Misleading. Air con was centrally controlled by hotel only allowing "off or heat" to cool the room down. This meant leaving window open which was noisy but essential. |

The room was most tastefully appointed and the bed very comfortable. The staff members that I encountered were courteous and helpful and dealt with my one problem promptly and efficiently. Top marks! I did consider the breakfast price at 22 euros to be excessive. However, since I did not partake of it, I do not know what was on offer. The mini-bar prices too were excessive with Evian Water at 4.50 euro and Coca Cola at 5.50 euro but of course the current Sterling/Euro exchange rate is not helpful. |

The localisation is just perfect, from window I could see whole Massena square (and carnival statues) and as well the sea on horizon. I like the design of the room - the colors, wooden furniture. the room was double but somehow it was prepared only for one guest (number of towels, bath shoes etc.), there was thousand of not fixed details, the toilet seat was broken. I got the good price by booking.com (almost 50% off normal price). I will never pay full price for this room. |
