la ubicación es lo único bueno y el personal es amable

la habitación estaba sucia y descuidada lo que no corresponde con lo que se anuncia en internet (4 estrellas). Además cobraron desmesuradamente por haber utilizado el telefono de la habitación para hacer llamadas con tarjeta prepagada lo que no hacen en ningun otro hotel

La zona de la terraza y la piscina. Pequeña pero agradable.

Para ser un cuatro estrellas es un hotel de unas calidades pesimas. Las habitaciones están hechas polvo, todavían tienen moqueta y da un asco tremendo andar descalzo. El baño está muy viejo y no demasiado limpio. Nuestros amigos al ducharse e irse a secar con la toalla, se encontraron con pelos púvicos en la misma al desdoblarla.... En fin, que para costar 160€ la noche, deberías encontrarte con un hotel infinitamente mejor de lo que es este.

Su situación, el personal y que nos dieran una habitación superior en vez de la clasica.

este hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion para pacear por la ciudad, sus habitaciones tienen muy buena vista al parque.

La habitacion de luxe era muy bonita y grande, esta muy bien situado, en el centro de niza, un hotel muy bonito y recomendable.

Cercania a la costa y al promenade des anglais

Prefiero que incluyan en el precio el desayuno y el tv access.....que lo cobren aparte, es malo desde el punto de vista del prestigio, pero pienso que es positivo para segmentar los clientes

The location is convenient to the old town of Nice which is the best part of town for tourists to explore and enjoy many fun shops and restaurants as well as traditional markets. Only 5 minutes from the beach as well with beautiful parks and public tramway right at the doorstep.

European hotels do not offer a simple inexpensive breakfast alternative. Not everyone wants a 25€ full meal. The 'continental breakfast' style needs to be offered - at reasonable prices - which would be good for the hotel and client.

I don't think this hotel should be rated as 4-star-hotel. The room was quite small, you can just walk around your bed, no more space! The decoration is very old, the bath basin was rusty. The bed was uncomfortable, deninitely needs to be renewed. The window allow traffic noise inside.

Location is perfect for shopping, beach and sightseeing. The pool area is pleasent.

The airconditioning didn't work in the room (and it was hot!) we asked for the beds to be made up as twins but this wasn't acted upon - I sense that the chambermaid had gone home.

The desk staff and management were very helpful. The hotel is situated close to everything - railway, shops, cafes, tram, bus, restaurants and the Old Town. The Airport bus (No 98, only 4 euros and much better than a taxi) stops every twenty minutes opposite the hotel. Location is perfect and only a short walk to Promenade des Anglais. The hotel should be recommended on location alone.

We had booked a 'classic' room but we did not like at all because it was in tatty though clean condition. I would advise to book a refurbished room at the outset. The staff did their best to please and we were offered another for an additional 25euros/day which was fine - the standard you would expect at a Travel Lodge though smaller.

That they changed my room to the one I booked

Yes they gave me a very bad room at the back ,and said that I booked ,a low cost room,wich I did not,after a few turse word we managed to change the room,

It is near det city and clean. It is a beautiful park autside and great for sunbath on the roof.

We didnt like the restaurant. The staff couldnt speak english well and got angry when people didnt understand the menu. Some people went without eating.
