Reception very helpful.Junior suite extremeley comfortable. Coffee machine far too complicated. Nice too have two rooms with two TVs Securce parking very tight, not for the larger vehicle. Poor standard in the Dining room. They totally forgot our main course & went from starter to sweet in just over the hour. Food just okay, & not special as the price demands.Plat de jour dry chicken & chips. No better than motorway standard. |

Excellent facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel setting is beautiful and the views across to St Malo are fabulous. Car parking is limited but there are various parking options nearby including a free car park. The quality of food and service at the hotel restaurant 'Blue B' was a little disappointing for the price. |

This hotel has a great location and value for your money. It is within a 10 minute walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The ferry boat to St. Malo is just outside the front doors. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The welcoming drink and friendly, approachable manner of all staff added to the personal touch which was evident throughout our stay. We are planning to stay in this hotel again in the future. |

Very genuine and helpful staff who actually care about how their guests are getting along. They should be employed as ambassadors for France. The breakfast is probably twice as expensive as it really should be. |

Only a short break but relaxed, chilled out and made use of the swimming pool and sauna - staff very attentive and pleasant. Pre-cooked breakfast! Would have expected a hotel of this standard to cook what you wanted to order, but pretty minor quibble otherwise... |

lieu, cadre qualité de l'hôtel, idéalement placé, au calme et proche de tout, spa, piscine..enfin pour résumé un hôtel de standing. c'est le regret du séjour: personnel gentil et attentionné mais semblant dépassé :une chambre à changer "on va vous passer une bombe désodorisante" (il a fallu insister pour la faire changer), le personnel qui rentre dans la chambre sans frapper, et puis des petits détails pénibles pour ce genre d'hotel: un parking 18€/jour, pour garer votre voiture dans la rue.. un wifi payant.. dommage pour cette catégorie d hôtel ou l'on attend un service exemplaire et les petits "plus" qui font la différence. Habitué des hôtels Barrière notamment à la Baule, c'est la première fois que je ressens ces petites défaillances. |

Après un accueil attentif et efficace, le client découvre un bâtiment à l'élégance indéniable et l'aménagement de bon goût. Sa chambre, sobrement aménagée, est confortable. Il peut, s'il le souhaite, se rendre à la piscine et profiter du sauna et du hammam. Le petit-déjeuner est abondant et savoureux. Le service est impeccable : discret et efficace. Le petit-déjeuner et le parking sont un peu chers. |

Dinard is een erg mooie stad met oude gebouwen en een mooi strand. Er loopt een prachtig, romantisch wandelpand om de stad heen langs de kust. Nadeel van het parkeren is dat je de auto door het hotelpersoneel moet laten wegzetten, dit houden we liever zelf in de hand, echter geen schade! |

Très bel établissement, idéalement situé dans Dinard (au bord de la promenade du Clair de lune, à cinq minutes à pied des commerces du centre, du Casino et de la plage de l'ecluse). Personnel accueillant, discret et diligent. Chambre très confortable avec petite vue mer. Le séjour parfait. Devoir en partir! |

Le personnel est très orienté client. Tout est bien soigné et propre, bien situé, possibilité plage, shopping, promenades. L'hôtel est sombre, pas beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre. Bar lounge désert, Tout est bien soigné mais on a l'impression qu'on est isolé. |
