Relaxed but luxury surroundings - think they got the balance right, as we have a 10 year old and 1 17 year old. Thought the cost of in room movies extremely high in todays high tech world! also we were not advised to book a car parking space before arrival which caused us hassle on arrival when very tired.

Good attention to detail and friendly staff. I liked the car parking service - room very comfortable and you actually got BBC1, ITV and BBC2 !! No air conditioning

Service was fantastic, and the hotel was lovely. They were amazing with my 5 year old daughter. The staff remembered her name. They gave her a t-shirt and silly bands on arrival, and there was a terry cloth robe and slippers in her size for her use in the room. The views were also beautiful and the indoor swimming pool was very nice. They should have had the option of a continental breakfast. The only breakfast options were room service or a buffet. The buffet was expensive and more than we wanted to eat in the morning.

Very nice hotel. Great atmosphere. Close to everything, and just a short boat ride from St.Malo, which is definitely worth a visit. The beach in Dinard is a 5 mins walk away.

Peace and comfort. Wonderful breakfast. The lovely walks around the cliffs. Car parking is of course a huge challenge in Dinard. It would be nice to be able to buy (or be given!) an overnight ticket for the local underground car park. This would save using up many euro coins.

On arrival the staff were very helpful and put us at our ease.The room was comfortable and clean, we eventually found the lift down to the pool. The pool was excellent and the services in the spa area were good. Breakfasts were 24 euroes, which we thought were very expensive, we didn't have these.Also car parking in the area was difficult so we put our car in the garage, but again expensive at 20 euroes a day.

Bel hôtel, dans un style normand classique, qui donne sur l'océan (très belle vue de la salle de restauration et de certaines chambres). Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner buffet gourmand. Localisation de l'hôtel très pratique, près du centre ville, de la ballade au bord de l'océan, mais prévoir de réserver la navette si vous arrivez à la gare de Saint Malo. Accès gratuit à la piscine, sauna et hammam. Séjour très reposant et ressourcant ! La pluie, mais la Bretagne y est particulièrement propice toute l'année.

La qualute de la reception de la tele est vraiment mediocre et la wifi internet est payante c vraiment exagere enfin le parking est payant 22euros la nuit sinoil y a des parking un peu loin de l hotel et c est pas pratique avec les valises

Personnel très professionnel, très attentionné et très sympathique. Très bonne situation. Collation offerte à notre arrivée. Prix du petit déjeuner absolument prohibitif au regard de ce qui est proposé !!! Utilisation de la télé fastidieuse. J'avais réservé une chambre catégorie supérieure pensant avoir une vue directe sur la mer ; en fait seule une vue latérale. C'est un peu mesquin quand l'hôtel n'est pas très rempli. En Italie ou en Suisse il y a un surclassement quasi systématique quand l'hôtel n'est pas complet.

J'ai été agréablement surprise, la chambre supérieure réservée disposée d un petit balcon avec une jolie vue mer alors que je n'avais droit qu à une vue jardin, c'était très agréable. Le Spa est très bien et la salle de fitness agréable vue sur la piscine, souvent les salles de fitness sont perdus au fond de l'hôtel. Le restaurant est de très bon niveau, j'ai pris un menu découverte du chef enfin je ne souviens plus de l intitule mais j'ai bien fait de lui faire confiance c'était délicieux. Un grand bravo au service d étage qu on oublie trop souvent mais qui veille à ce que votre séjour soit parfait, là je dois dire que c'est l'hôtel qui a le meilleur service dans ce domaine. La réception normale car ils semblaient un peu débordée disons que ce n'est pas très intime et personnalisé car beaucoup de monde durant le mois d aout. La piscine est un peu petite par rapport au monde et le soir, beaucoup de cheveux flottent c'est un peu gênant.

Très bel établissement dans une ville à découvrir; Très bon rapport qualité/prix de la chambre par l'intermédiaire de Booking; Très bon rapport qualité/prix des menus proposés et personnel sympa; Pour ceux qui ont la chance de pouvoir y séjourner, il faut au moins y faire une halte tant il y a à découvrir dans cette région française.
