Relaxed but luxury surroundings - think they got the balance right, as we have a 10 year old and 1 17 year old.

Thought the cost of in room movies extremely high in todays high tech world! also we were not advised to book a car parking space before arrival which caused us hassle on arrival when very tired.

Excelent location,large room and bathroom,very compy bed and pillows.Breakfast was also excelent,with a very wide choice.

Service was fantastic, and the hotel was lovely. They were amazing with my 5 year old daughter. The staff remembered her name. They gave her a t-shirt and silly bands on arrival, and there was a terry cloth robe and slippers in her size for her use in the room. The views were also beautiful and the indoor swimming pool was very nice.

They should have had the option of a continental breakfast. The only breakfast options were room service or a buffet. The buffet was expensive and more than we wanted to eat in the morning.

Drinks were a little pricey even for a 5* hotel.

On arrival the staff were very helpful and put us at our ease.The room was comfortable and clean, we eventually found the lift down to the pool. The pool was excellent and the services in the spa area were good.

Breakfasts were 24 euroes, which we thought were very expensive, we didn't have these.Also car parking in the area was difficult so we put our car in the garage, but again expensive at 20 euroes a day.

Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre même si le chauffage était coupé. Même après avoir ouvert la fenêtre on avait 27° C dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de climatisation, nous avons vécu un cauchemar, avec un petit garçon de 2 ans qui n'arrivait pas à dormir à cause de la chaleur. Quand on est allé demandé à la réception pour quelle raison il faisait si chaud dans la chambre ils ont commencé à sourire et ils nous ont "gentiment" conseillé d'ouvrir la fenêtre.

Bel hôtel, dans un style normand classique, qui donne sur l'océan (très belle vue de la salle de restauration et de certaines chambres). Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner buffet gourmand. Localisation de l'hôtel très pratique, près du centre ville, de la ballade au bord de l'océan, mais prévoir de réserver la navette si vous arrivez à la gare de Saint Malo. Accès gratuit à la piscine, sauna et hammam. Séjour très reposant et ressourcant !

La pluie, mais la Bretagne y est particulièrement propice toute l'année.

La qualute de la reception de la tele est vraiment mediocre et la wifi internet est payante c vraiment exagere enfin le parking est payant 22euros la nuit sinoil y a des parking un peu loin de l hotel et c est pas pratique avec les valises

Personnel très professionnel, très attentionné et très sympathique. Très bonne situation. Collation offerte à notre arrivée.

Prix du petit déjeuner absolument prohibitif au regard de ce qui est proposé !!! Utilisation de la télé fastidieuse. J'avais réservé une chambre catégorie supérieure pensant avoir une vue directe sur la mer ; en fait seule une vue latérale. C'est un peu mesquin quand l'hôtel n'est pas très rempli. En Italie ou en Suisse il y a un surclassement quasi systématique quand l'hôtel n'est pas complet.

Très bel établissement dans une ville à découvrir; Très bon rapport qualité/prix de la chambre par l'intermédiaire de Booking; Très bon rapport qualité/prix des menus proposés et personnel sympa; Pour ceux qui ont la chance de pouvoir y séjourner, il faut au moins y faire une halte tant il y a à découvrir dans cette région française.
