I liked the location, kindness of your staff as well as the comfort of the room The TV set could have been in a more appropiate location in order to see it better from the bed. |

Conveniently located at a few steps from central train & subway station. Mattress somewhat hard. Awkward area at night. |

Nice design, big comfortable room, clean and well-equipped, good position - close to train station, just a few minutes The water temperature in shower was a bit unstable, even in 12 on the night. I think at 20-22 it should be not so nice to take a shower.. |

The staff was helpful. The room was large and clean. We were allowed to leave our car in the hotel parking after we had checked out, so that we could explore the city a bit more before we left. Although we encountered no real problems, the area around the hotel (near the train station) is a bit seedy. |

Really close to the station, which I needed for an early departure the following morning. It is not the best of areas to come back to in the evening....but I was travelling alone and did not at any point feel intimidated and there were lots of people abot - so don't be put off. Not as bad a parts of London or Paris, for example. Hotel staff really helpful and friendsly. Lovely room, clean and well done. Free internet access. Lovely atmosphere and great decoration. Stay! |

The hotel is full of character. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast is very good, with plenty of choice. The hotel itself is fine, but I wish that Booking.com could pass some comments to the Toulouse authorities. The area round the hotel is spoiled due to the many beggars and alcoholics with large dogs which they allow to foul the pavements. Also the area opposite the station is intimidating due to the vagrants and beggars. A zero policy is needed in this town! |

Very spacious room. Well located as it is in easy reach of the train station and walking distance to the centre of Toulouse. Very friendly and helpful staff. |

The area is not very nice (prostitution zone) One of the receptionist was not very kind. The hotel is not bad but you could find better for almost the same price: it is not worth. |

Very nice interior, double glazing and air conditioning, good shower. Stayed in two triple rooms, one better than the other, but both good. Quiet when windows closed. Clean rooms. Very handy for train station. Restaurant downstairs does good food at a price. |

The staff were very friendly, helpful. We liked the quirky design of the hotel interior. Room was quite small but well equipped. Excellent location for Railway Station and Shuttle Bus to airport. |

It was really convenient because it is situated very close to the main station. Restaurant was also good. Staffs were nice. Room was bigger than I had expected. They charged me two breakfasts even if I took only once. It was too late when I recognized it. Also they have forgotten to change my towels, even if I had placed them on the floor of the bathroom, which means I wanted them to be changed. But I think these were made only by misunderstanding and I don't blame this Hotel. |

Great location across from the train and airport shuttle. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. May room (at the rear, off the street) was very quiet at night given the area, which is noisy at night. The room was fine and the bathroom renovated recently with a great shower. Also, it had an interesting, inner courtyard type of layout. One has to be aware that all the hotels by the train station are in a bit of a sketchy area, but there are always people around and anyone with a bit of sense walks purposefully past the local street folks (and drunks) |

Staff is really friendly, we where lucky to have a quite large room. The window shutters kept the light and noise out. Good restaurant. Breakfast wasn't worth the money tough exceeded expectations. |

The hotel was close to the train station so easy to move around if you want to sight-see around the nearby towns like Carcassonne. |

Its close location to the city's sites of interest. Easy access yo the airport The room was very cramped. Sound insolation was poor. We were adversely affected by noisy guests |

It was tidy place and the staff were polite and helpful. The interior of the building was quite impressive. I was a bit confused about the staircase, but that could've been just me. I just had a minor issue with the shower head staying in the right position. |

Front desk reception was very helpful and nice enough to save me a parking spot in the garage. I did not like the area of the city as I did not feel safe there. Also there was mould in the shower, and the room smelled of old cigarettes. |

Convenience to shopping and restaurants. Though small, the room was clean--bathroom topnotch. Staff friendly and helpful. Price excellent! Breakfast: no matter how early you arrive, coffee bitter, eggs dried up, etc. Better to buy your coffee and pastries, whatever, elsewhere. |
