Beautiful newly decorated room - an inspiration for me to redo my own living room with the same great colour scheme. The hotel is this high ceilingued chateau type structure close to the town centre. The room was quiet and comfortable - double door to room means you hear nothing from the corridor. Et nous avons adore le chien du patron - monsieur le directeur |

The staff were very friendly, very helpful and very thoughtful We'd failed to make a dinner reservation in the hotel's small restaurant, and it was full, but they set up an extra table for us, no problem. The room smells strongly of some kind of cleaner It's a little overpowering at first, but fades over time. At least you know eveyrthing's very clean, which it was! |

Goede ontvangst, propere basic kamers, parking in de garage van het hotel is ideaal, rond het hotel is het overal betalend parkeren. Heerlijke croisants bij het ontbijt ! De gerechten van het diner 's avonds in het restaurant werden te vlug na elkaar opgediend. Wij hadden een 3-gangen menu, en na minder dan een uur waren we klaar. |

Goede ligging in het centrum, mooie kamers, bewaakte garage en een goed ontbijt. Het diner viel erg tegen, koude groente uit de diepvries en vis zonder smaak. Een viergangendiner werd in minder dan een uur afgewerkt. |

Die Lage bei einer Wallfahrt nach Lisieux ist super. An einem Morgen (2 Aufenthaltsnächte) hatten wir kein warmes Wasser bei der Dusche zur Verfügung! Hund des Hotels pisste in Reception an Geländer zum Frühstücksraum! |

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel tant à la réception qu'au restaurant et la facilité de disposer d'un garage. Le buffet du petit déjeuner devrait offrir plus de variété se pains, viennoiseries omelettes et yaourts. |

Un très bon accueil. Entre le moment où nous avons réservé notre chambre sur Booking et notre arrivée à l'hôtel (soit 2h30 environ), l'hôtel n'avait pas pris en compte notre réservation et nous avons donc dû attendre avant qu'ils nous trouvent une chambre (un petit peu angoissant....!!!) |

L'emplacement, le style grand hôtel de tradition, le calme. Les prestations n'ont rien d'un 3 *. Toilettes dans la salle d'eau (très petit. Pomme de douche pleine de calcaire qui coule très mal. Lavabo à moitié bouché. Lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionnent pas. Un petit dej. digne d'un formule 1: Tasses et couverts salles, 3 croissants et 2 yaourths qui se battent en duel, du café tiède. Un personnel ne sachant pas les horaires d'ouverture de la basilique! |
