The hotel location is very good. It's just a few steps from a metro/train station. Rooms are very clean. There are also a lot of affordable restaurants nearby.
Rooms are very small (mainly the bathroom). There is no breakfast option in the hotel. There is no vending machines or room service.
- It's very near to the train & metro station Gare de l'Est. Walk distance. - The room is comfortable.
Hotel is at a very convenient location and my single room was relatively quiet. Was not expecting too much since the price is one of the lowest. Room is clean and tidy.
Lift is extremely small and fits a slim person + luggage. The shower in my room is also very small, probably 80cm X 80cm. Wi-fi is free but very blotchy. Disconnects every 5 mins which is a pain.
Found it hard to sleep at night because grps of people convene infront of the hotel, drinking, fighting and selling stuff. They start around 10pm and would leave the place 4am..making it impossible for us to get a good nights rest.
Elavator very small.
Good location Good comfortable room Room had all essentials
The hotel room smelled really good.
There was only one tiny elevator which could only carry two persons once.
Eventhough the room was quite small, but worth it as its very near with metro station!!! Would really good if u can provide a kettle as well. ;)
good location, few steps to the metro and few minutes walk to two railway stations. value for money, high season in Paris. friendly staff, i always ask them for hot water.
the room is a little tiny. not a lot of space for luggage. but it is not a big problem.
Very close to the station for metro, RER and buses for tourist attractions. Simple breakfast, but nice to start your day.
Very slow and small elevator.
cleanliness friendly staff proximity to station
neighbourhood not good for eating out
One small problem inthe bathroom. I think it had to do with the waterlock in the shower. It was bad smell, but we stayed one night so it was ok anyway
The second floor where we could step out on the balcony. The room was comfy for 3 twin beds, and the classic design was wonderful and the modern toilet / bathroom was great.
Well maybe just a complaint about the breakfast variety. It was always exactly the same thing as the day before. Very few English speakers but we worked with it. Lovely place though.
It's a great place, very close to metro station, nice room, extremly friendly staff, nice bistros just next to the hotel
wi-fi closed to train station
room space too small bathroom space lift..
Location, right at Paris L'Est station, walking distance to Paris Nord station
The lift was very tiny, bit hard to navigate with luggage
The room was clean and comfortable. It is close to the metro so easy to get to the historic district and airport. Staff was friendly and helpful.
No AC so very hot up on the 7th floor (even with windows open). The next day I moved to the 4th floor and it actually was cooler with the windows open. Sorry but breakfast wasn't really worth the price.
Cost effective close to metro. Very supportive staff.
Room comfort is very low.
Staff was very nice and helpful, which is not usual for Paris Hotels. Metro station was just next to the Hotel, so it was convenient for getting everywhere.
service, location, price, airport transportation by bus No. 350, cheap and efficient.
facing street, noisy at night as ambulance & police cars passed by. one mistake they over charged the room night, un-purposedly. So far have not seen the fund from Credit Card's statement yet.
bad service: there were no towels in the room when we came in. bad breakfast: for a price of 6 Euros, you just get bread and coffee. We asked to cancel our breakfast for the last day because we had to leave early. The staff promised us to refund us the money for it back to the credit card, but never did. The rooms are pretty old and cold.
Location was perfect for commuting and most of the staff was helpful.
Too noisy out side and room was boiling at night with not even a fan to cool you down.
Rooms, reception staff
Great location, next to the train station and many restaurants!
The tiny room was sweltering in the heat. We opened the window and the door to the room, and were able to cool it down during the night.
great location, really close to gare de l'est where are many metro lines. wi-fi working without problems, staff are the usual French, no better or worse.
very small room, window to skylight. Breakfast really basic. Very expensive for what it offered.
