WI-fi working good breakfast
I liked the location. In some steps there is a metro station with good connection to several directions. I also liked the good view from the 6th floor.
The shower is very small and there is no place for the shower gel.
Location / reception efficiency / wi fi
A bit noisy ( neighbours ) lift small breakfast basic
Excellent Location in terms of public transport system- Bus stop & Metro right in front of the Hotel, One minute walk to the main station Paris Est. Nothing better than those who wish to explore Paris and would take an onward journey to other countries. Bus Number 30 (Frequency every 20 Mins) will take you to Eiffel Tower. Lot of restaurants in the street and a departmental store at one minute walkable distance.
Location is the plus.
Very small room and the facility is a bit old-fashioned.
very helpful staff. good location. the wifi speed was the best compared to other hotels we've stayed for this trip.
facilities are rather old. it was noisy outside at night.
Wifi reasonably fast. Near decent restaurants.
Basic, somewhat tired decor.
close to gare de nord
The location was fine as it was near the Train station. They let early check-in when the room was available.
Cramped room, cramped lift and cramped everything! staff had no knowledge of tourism except having some brochures. Night staff were rude. Did not see any value for the money.
The room was an ideal small hotel room with a Parisian boulevard view from the window, providing a safe base for exploring the city.
I never actually saw and could not independently discern where the breakfasts were taken, and thus could not judge whether it was worthwhile to include breakfast when asked about this on checking in to the hotel. Erring on the side of caution, I did not include it as an extra, and thus still did not see what I would have had. Since I was not having it, it was foolish to ask where it was! I still do not know where breakfast is to be found!
View, near travel station
Location near restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Take the bus in front of the hotel and it will take you to sacre couer, arc d' triomphe, moulin rouge and Eiffel Tower!
The lift was so small we had to take several trips to take our luggage to our room, it only fits 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 big luggage.
The hotel just at the Gare de Paris-Est, traffic is convenient, the staff very enthusiastic, at 7 floor still with wifi (in fact is 9 floor), with nice view, can see completely the Effel tower and Basllique du Sacre Coeur.
The smallest lift
Staff were very helpful generally and I was able to leave baggage on storage on the last day of my trip.
Traffic noise was significant on the second floor. No-one knew about the train strike, which impacted my trip, when I enquired.
So close to Gare de L'est, great value for money, nice friendly staff... very helpful.
Staff were good. Great location next to the station and metro! Good value for money .
I felt the room bit cold at night and early in the morning! Asked the staff if they have portable heater but they said they do not have one and no heater turned on in October! I think having a portable heater upon request something should be considered by hotel management.
Great logistic location
Poor facilties and old furniture
Great value for money, booked a single room purely to nap, shower & change before catching the train to Venice that evening.
Noisy area, one that I would think twice about returning to the hotel in the dark on foot.
The only good things are the location and the wifi service. I don't know about the breakfast, because I didn't bother to include another typical Parisian disappointment. This Hotel is really just for sleeping, because it has no space and gives you no sense of comfort. You can hear how everyone takes a shower...
For that money, such a hotel isn't really fair. On the other hand, it's Paris, which means: unfriendly, uncomfortable, dirty, small, noisy.
WIFI and location
I didn't like anything except WIFI and location. Rooms were extremely small and old-decorated. I couldn't even move freely. Rooms has no some essential things. Hotel is so old. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Location, transport connections. Overall a good hotel for its price, keeping in mind that this is Paris and it's situated close to two major railroad stations. Didn't eat breakfast (which was not included anyway) but breakfast in the bistrot next door on the corner was excellent.
Nothing really, potential visitors should know that many rooms are small and bathrooms cramped, but that is the case with many hotels in Paris, even the more expensive ones, so it's rather irrelevant. There's no double glazing, so there's quite a bit of street noise (didn't keep me from sleeping well though), but on the other hand the hotel seems to attract quiet customers.
Location, friendly & helpful staff, very good value for basic but clean rooms.
The lift is very slow and tiny. Impossible for 2 people with luggage
