This hotel is ideally placed for a visit to Reims. The staff are very efficient and friendly and there is at the moment free parking within very easy reach of the hotel, just across the road

The location was perfect! Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was a perfect size and very clean. The bathroom huge. The hotel on a whole had an old world charm. The breakfast was nice but I think the 13 euros was much for it. I thought it was included and I am not a breakfast persons so I just had coffee and juice and was not charged. Great place. Wonderful People. The pictures on the walls in the halls do not reflect the charm of the hotel. The pictures in an office I came across does mget them out of there and onto the hall walls. There is ample parking in the lot across the street but not secrued. We have a motorcycle and they let us park right in front of the hotel by the cctv. Nothing bad about this place.

Its location close to the railway station and Rheims Cathedral and city centre. The bed was very comfortable, and the en-suite facilities were good. There was no fridge in the room or a kettle to boil water for hot drinks - this would have helped greatly, especially a kettle. The lift was broken at the time of our visit - but that can't be helped. No car parking, but there was free parking within 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again :)

The hotel is practically across the park from the train station so it was extremely convenient! Very well maintained hotel, with sizeable room. For a three-star hotel, I was charged one-star price -- off- season, perhaps?! The hotel staff was excellent professional and friendly, going out of their way to provide assistance and answer questions. The 13 Euro breakfast sounded a little expensive but since the hotel was near the street with lots of restaurants, that was not a problem. At first it might have seemed far from the cathedral, but once I figured out the city, it was easy. I certainly recommend this hotel highly, not only for its location. Reims is also convenient to do day- trips, so do take advtange of that!

Staff were very friendly and helpful Although room was clean, it was very tired looking and appeared to lack general upkeep and maintenance. Breakfast was ok, the fruit salad had started to ferment.

Staff at desk very friendly and helpful. Hotel needs a deep cleaning and renovation. Carpets stained and dirty looking and thread bare. Walls need painting. I don't know if the windows were left open, but we woke up with bug bites. Towels in bathroom did not look real clean.

Hotel was well located for all the shopping and dining facilities Reims has to offer together with the Cathedral. A hearty breakfast was most enjoyable from the buffet ?The hotel is tired and has seen better days.

Nice location, clean and serviceable. Windows were filthy in the room but the rest of the room was basic but ok. Cramped family room but for a cheap overnight it was acceptable. Windows were filthy and breakfast was too expensive but there were local places around. Parking is available nearby so not too much of a problem.

The location was good. We asked for additional pillows. Only one provided per person. None were supplied. The bathroom and bedroom decor was delipidated and seemed unclean. The bath was too high to step in and out of very safely. We stayed at four different hotels. This was comparatively more expensive but the poorest in terms of services and attractiveness. Sorry we can't be more positive because the town was great.

The friendly staff, cleanliness and facilities of the room. Location was great, just a short walk from the railway station and to the shops and restaurant area. Short walk to the Cathedral. I didn't experience any "train" noise and I was in a front room facing the station. Good size room , quiet aircon, good sized bathroom. Great value. The carpet in the hallway common areas is very worn and stained - overdue for replacement. Its a pity, as my room was neat and clean.
