This hotel is ideally placed for a visit to Reims. The staff are very efficient and friendly and there is at the moment free parking within very easy reach of the hotel, just across the road

Nothing Parts were under repair or change but that has to be done so not a problem

Comfortable room, warm and clean . Great position to walk into town. No on site parking but plentiful public parking nearby.

Lift was out of service for replacement room two floors up?

Restaurant too expensive, openning time not convenient

The hotel room was very cold. And the air in the room smelt a bit like mold. The hotel from outside looks a lot nicer than the room is.

The hotel is practically across the park from the train station so it was extremely convenient! Very well maintained hotel, with sizeable room. For a three-star hotel, I was charged one-star price -- off- season, perhaps?! The hotel staff was excellent professional and friendly, going out of their way to provide assistance and answer questions. The 13 Euro breakfast sounded a little expensive but since the hotel was near the street with lots of restaurants, that was not a problem. At first it might have seemed far from the cathedral, but once I figured out the city, it was easy. I certainly recommend this hotel highly, not only for its location. Reims is also convenient to do day- trips, so do take advtange of that!

Staff at desk very friendly and helpful.

Hotel needs a deep cleaning and renovation. Carpets stained and dirty looking and thread bare. Walls need painting. I don't know if the windows were left open, but we woke up with bug bites. Towels in bathroom did not look real clean.

The location was good.

We asked for additional pillows. Only one provided per person. None were supplied. The bathroom and bedroom decor was delipidated and seemed unclean. The bath was too high to step in and out of very safely. We stayed at four different hotels. This was comparatively more expensive but the poorest in terms of services and attractiveness. Sorry we can't be more positive because the town was great.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the facilities good. The staff, fantastic. I always try and speak French in France, but appreciated the excellent English spoken by the receptionist when my French failed me. A lovely hotel that I will not hesitate to stay at again.

Excellent location with bus and tram stops nearby,and not too far to walk into the centre. Lots of restaurants in next street. Car parking near hotel.

Willingness of staff to help a family who spoke very little French

Shower leaked profusely

The location was nice, that's it. Nothing else was as expected.

Dirty carpet, small room. Bad parking, poor breakfast. Too much price for this budget hotel. No air conditioning which luckily was not needed.

A very comfortable city centre hotel. I had stayed before a few years ago and was happy to return
