Like: Location - realy close to the main shops & the very large Christmas Market.

Dislike: The breakfast not included. !3 euro for the breakfast? - we didn't take it. A nearby restaurant (smart & well run) was doing breakfast at that price for two. The pleasure fair (just for Xmas I assume) was directly opposite and the extremely loud (and thumpting) music make sleep in the afternoon impossible. It went on until nearly 11pm! Little thought had been given to the bedroom. (room 105). The wardrode could have been made double the size without distracting from the useable room space. There were no hooks for hanging our top-coats.

We arrived late afternoon and were given the keys to our 'privelege' rooms. Our friends opened the door to find their room had not been made up. The second room they were shown was also not made up. Our room was extremely small, dirty and very shabby. The carpet was very badly stained and the dust on the light was several centimetres deep, obviously had not been cleaned for some time. We complained and were given another room, and whilst this was marginally better than the first, it was still very shabby. The bathroom tiles and grout were stained and the towels were thin and had an unpleasant smell. The room overlooked the street and was very noisy, even with the windows closed. Altogether, a very unpleasant stay and we would definitely not recommend this hotel and it is certainly not worthy of a 3 star rating!

Excellent location, just 2 minutes from train station, 3 minutes from brasseries and restaurant street, 10-15 minutes from Reims cathedral - what else you need? Friendly staff.

In confirmation of booking was indicated the check-in time 14-00. Our rooms were ready at 15-00 and it was said that information about check- in time at booking.com is not correct.

Hotel being renovated and unfreindly as a result. Plastic matress covers make beds hot. Mould in bathroom and room carpet dirty. room very small.

The bartender Jacques is a wonderful man with great advice on champagne....exactly what we were looking for in our stay in Reims. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English which we found helpful. We will definately stay there again.

The lifts and wifi were not available. Suggest you check before booking. Family room was very small but comfortable.

The location is excellent - you see the Cathedral from your window. The room has an air-conditioner that was necessary during hot summer days.

The point of WI-Fi. I read in one of the reviews - and it is true: WI-Fi doesn't work, and every day they say:"Today it doesn't work". It is a lie.

It was central. Free parking was nearby (though not sure of mid week availability). Staff were helpful with local information. Would stay again

Hotel is easily found, within 15 min walk to the cathedral and city centre, although Room was quite spacious, bathroom - clean. Bed wide and comfortable. We've had plenty of choice for breakfast, including scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese and sasusages. That was definitely above french standard so far (croissant & coffee).

WiFi wasn't working due to some unknown error. This was painful, because I couldn't use google maps to plan further trip, apart from expensive roaming data transfer. Room's soundproofing is not good enough, we could hear talks from corridor and sounds from other rooms. No place for a car to unload suitcases in front of the hotel, although public parking was rather near.

This is one of those 'little gems'. Excellent location and close to secure parking @ e12.50 A day. Good spacious room, king size bed with decent pillows. Excellent bathroom with separate shower and loo. Staff are very friendly and are willing to help. Good bar with excellent range of drinks at reasonable prices. Didn't try the restaurant - though it was busy on both nights we were there - the menu looked interesting. The breakfast @ e13 was good value - with a very good choice. Hotel was very good value for money.

Easy to find, lots of nearby parking some of which is free. Friendly staff that speak good english. Nice looking hotel inside and out and free WIFI.

WiFi and air conditioning worked. Street Parking was manageable.

Said it was steps from Reims Cathedral. Not true. Bathtub was a death defying act. Mildewed tile. Worn out fraying carpet in public areas. Front Neon sign shown in room all night. Double bed was size of two crib mattresses.

Nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre dans la mesure les deux premières ne convenaient pas (odeur de cigarette et de joint). Le personnel a semblé un peu perdu face à nos demandes et n'a pu nous trouver un troisième oreiller pour notre chambre triple...

le manque de clarté dans la chambre et plus spécialement sur le bureau..pas de lampe,la chambre est trés sombre!!!! on ne peut pas ecrire. Idem pour les couloirs, les détecteurs de p^résence ne sont pas toujours efficaces pour déclencher la minuterie les joints de la salle de bain (baignoire) ne transpire pas de propreté !!!! il faut un peu de patience pour obtenir de l'eau chaude (4°)

были одну ночь, недалеко от Нотердам де Реймс, перед отелем есть где поставить на 10 мин машину и разгрузиться, дальше её надо на подземный паркинг как вышел из отеля налево до туристическо улицы и налево.
