The location was excellent, right in the heart of Lyons. No airconditioning. The weather was very hot 30 degrees plus, as the room was very stuffy, even with the windows open....& then of course because of the open windows there was a noise problem. |

The closeness to shopping and the historical venues of Lyon - a good breakfast The traffic noise especially the loud motocycles allowed even in the pedestrian area. The access to the hotel, no parking facilities to unload the baggage is very annoying. |

Its location at the centre of the old town in Lyon 1.Problems with obtaining an iron (it was finally found after a while, as it was misplaced by the staff) but there was no ironing board available at all which required me to improvise while ironing 2. I was charged for a second breakfast, despite having only one. This was eventually refunded to my credit card (yet have to check on the next statement whether this has indeed been the case). |

Excellent location in the very center of the city, close to many good restaurants and shops, and even old part of the city. Room is large enough and clean. |

Apart from its central location, not much! The hotel is definately not a 3* more like a 1*. Breakfast was poor, the rooms shabby and some of the staff, although not all, were poor ie the chambermaid leaving my room open all day. |

First, the staffs at the frontdest are really patient, nice and friendly. Although some thing happened between my friends when checking in, they still did their best to help us and very patient. I am very greatful. Second, the location is good, very good. Just a couple of minutes to walk to the Vieux Lyon and Bellecour and Hotel de Ville. It's super convinience. Third, the room is very clean. |

The location is good. I tried this hotel since it was relatively well priced, hoping I'd found a pearl. Nope! The renovation is still ongoing, the rooms and halls smelled of "new", the bed was of poor quality (even though it was new!) and the breakfast was horrible. |

Superb location, close to "everything". Excellent bathroom:facilities, good breakfast (better than average continental breakfasts in France). Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful (except wrt. the Internet access problem). Especially Julie's attitude was very appreciable when she brought a city map from home when the hotel did run out of stock. Bedroom furniture is very simple. Internet in the room was practically inapplicable. Request to re-start the access point has been repeatedly rejected. Reconstructions within the hotel did proceed and were slightly disturbing. |

The location in Lyon is perfect; very central on the peninsula between the 2 rivers and adjacent to wonderful shopping pedestrian streets. Where to start? The renovations mentioned in comments on your site were still going on though they had implied that they were done when I confirmed The elevator was not working so we had to climb 5 flights! They had offered us a room on the first floor because of the lack of elevator but workmen were in the hallway painting and replacing doors; smell of paint, dust etc. made it unacceptable! |

The location of the hotel, in the center of the town, is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing, everything is around you . Just outside the hotel there is a velo-v station where you can hire a ‘’public bicycle’’ and explore the beautiful old and new city of Lyon. I fount the velo-v ‘’public bicycle’’ very convenient for exploring the city. |

Perfectly located in the centre of the city on the Presqu'ile. Easy walking distance to Vieux Lyon, La Croix Rousse and an excellent street of restaurants next to Rue de Brest. Really good value considering the location. Nice old building/modern hotel. Some rooms much better than others. Rm25 was great. 5Th floor bit dingy. Incredibly helpful English speaking staff. Room was not ready when we arrived. Eventually ready by 3pm, but we were very tired and with a small baby this was a pain. (If you want a baby cot make sure you book ahead as we couldn't get one the first night). |
