Excellent welcome and helpulness of staff. On-site secure and under cover garage. Well located in interessing part of town. Tired decore in hallways and poorly lit steps in hallway that could easily lead to accidents. |

Close to the train and all the sites but on a nice street There is virtually no insulation in the walls so it is noisy |

Grafitti on the walls upon entry. Walls very very thin and no sound proofing/privacy. Hair dryer dysfunctional. Rules and regulation do not permit the use of electrical appliances hence no razor or hair dryer.Check time 11:00 am. Rooms not ready for check in until after 2:30 pm. Overall a negative experience. Dingy |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't get to the hotel until about 11:00 PM, but there was no problem. Breakfast was marvelous! |

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Bestellung des Parkplatzes wurde reibungslos erledigt. Der Komfort im Zimmer ist eher schlecht. Das Zimmer war klein und mangels Klimaanlage zum Schlafen unerträglich warm. |

el bufet del desayuno Muy ruidoso,carente de aire acondicionado las habitaciones.Me han cobrado dos veces,ya que hice la reserva con tarjeta visa,al salir del hotel pague la cuenta en efectivo y a las 7 de la tarde del día que ya me había ido del hotel me cargaron 100€ en la tarjeta visa.Que estoy intentando recuperar. |

Hotelli oli keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia ja auton sai kätevästi katuparkkiin aivan oven eteen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä (tosin tullessa hieman hidasta kun mies vastasi puhelimeen meitä palvellessaan). Huone todella pieni ja näkymät sisäpihalle ankeat (voi tosin johtua siitä, että meillä oli tarjoushuone). |

Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unsere Kinder (8 + 10) waren sehr willkommen. Nachts war es auf der Straße vor dem Hotel ziemlich laut (Partygänger) - kann aber an der Tatsache liegen, dass wir von Fr. auf Sa. in dem Hotel übernachtet haben. Am Samstagmorgen ab 7.00 Uhr wurden Marktstände mit entsprechender Lärmbelästigung aufgebaut. |
