The rooms very comfortable, beds new and very good to sleep in and staff very friendly. The hot breakfast options were rather un-appetising. |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff - very good indeed - could easily act as a 'beacon' hotel for training other staff. A little 'tired' in decor of rooms, perhaps, but perfectly acceptable |

Great location with the front of the hotel facing the Pontaillac beach. Rather small ("sea glimpse") room for a prolonged stay. Expensive breakfast. |

The fact that we got a sea view without requesting it most hotels charge more. It was a little further out from the centre of Royan than we thought if the hotel gave information on buses or taxies it would be helpful as we like to park the car and walk or use public transport. |

10 meter til stranden, godt med butikker og lignende i umiddelbar nærhet, engelsktalende betjening og fantastisk utsikt. Frokosten er vel dyr, så dyr at vi valgte å kjøpe den på Pasteryet på utsiden. |

Sa situation privilégiée en front de mer. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La qualité de ses petits déjeuners ( inclus dans le prix ). Malgré le déclenchement intempestif de l'alarme incendie à 6h30 ( on est sûr au moins qu'elle fonctionne ) tout s'est bien passé. Une toute petite mauvaise note toutefois pour la tv ( petit écran et en plus mal réglée ). |

Die Lage des Hotel ist super, die Umgebung interessant. Sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, Kleiderschrank reicht nich aus für zwei Perssonen und eine Woche Aufenthalt . Früstück zu teuer für das vorhandene Angebot. Telefonische Auskunft schlecht, unfreundlich und inkompetent. |

Le cadre et sa situation face à la mer lui donne un cachet particulier de type bain de mer. L'hotel est assez buyant.Il n'y a pas de possibilité de consommer quelconque boisson pendant la journée. |
