Considering the price and the location, it's very good. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and I had a courtyard room so it was quiet. Clean, quiet and a good bed is all I expect -- and that was fulfilled. The one person lift and not getting soap replacements -- but no big deal. |

It was friendly. Close to transport and high street. Pretty safe. No coffee/tea in room. Near to red light district. |

Pleasant staff, 200m from the Metro, good value for the price, quiet and clean. From Metro to the hotel you have to pass near sleazy striptease bars with aggresive girls in front of them trying to get you in. Expensive breakfast. |

Excellent and fun neigbourhood if you want to be in Paris just to be in Paris. The price is low but there is nothing wrong with the cleanliness, service, or atmosphere. If you need to use the internet, it is not so good. They work with fdr, which is not so good at best, asking inane questions before you can sign on. But I was unable to make a connection even once despite repeated trials. Local internet cafes I could find opened only at 11 am or so. |

It is pretty clean and quite ok for the price and easy access to the metro. It is within the right light district. The room is quite small and the walls are quite thin. |

It was clean and comfortable. Simple but what I expected for what I paid. Didn't like the wifi access. Sometimes it worked and sometimes not. |

I liked the are where this hotel is situated. Nice bars, exciting nightlife int the area. That breakfast is not included in the price. And quite expensive compared with the facilities they provide. |

Some staff members very friendly. Very good location for us. One staff member was very rude. Did not give us an important phone message, even though we were at the desk asking about where we could make an important phone call to the person who had left the message with him. |

Easy to find, attentive staff. Rooms are a little tired, decor needs attention. The lift is minute. |

The new breakfast room looks very nice. We were delighted to be able to leave our luggage there for hours, after checking out. The coffee machine was a blessing. If I owned the hotel I would certainly try to create a fresher, cleaner "FEEL" about the building. |

the staff were always helpful and had very good english. They had information on all the major tourist attractions and sold disneyland tickets at reception which saved us a lot of time. The rooms were simple but comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and so our room had a balcony which was small but nice to have on sunny days. |

We came to the hotel for 4 days long trip to see the Paris. The location of the hotel is perfect. It was only 3 minutes to the metro, about 15 minutes walking to Sacre Coeur. There were a lot of restaurants around. The towels were changed every day, the bed was maked also every day. I liked the hotel very much. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. There was only a small lift, but anyways we could enter with my wife and two suitcases - we are quite slim :-). We have no balcony/view to the street, but on the other hand there was no noise from the street, so we could sleep very well. There was a bit of mould in the bathroom. The central heating was not working, there was only electric heater, but we were not freezing, I think it was OK. |

The location was excellent, the place was clean and warm. The bathroom was brand new. It was quiet and friendly and the breakfast was only E5 and good value as well. The staff were very polite and helpfull. The Hotel was in the middle of renovations and will therefore be even more improved. The renovations were non-intrusive to existing guests. Some of the hotel was a little dated, but the renovations taking place will presumably remedy this. The lift was quite small but that was not a real problem. |

very practical location, the Metro is nearby, Montmartre is near too, in 10 minutes you can go to le Sacre-Coeur on foot. The room was small but after all ... you don't go to Paris to spend your time in the hotel room! |

The hotel was fairly comfortable but there were a few snagging points namely the headboard came off and the shower flooded the bathroom floor and it was in a fairly noisey part off Paris so if you are looking for somewhere quiet this might not suit. But the staff were helpful and overall not bad hotel for the money |

Good Location. Sheets were dirty (still had hair on them!). It was being refurbished and so would have liked a heads-up on that on this website. Good for those who only want a bed to sleep in for a few hours. |

Loved the balcony, provided great recomendation for dinner. I wanted to have a twin room but I ended up with a double bed. I needed to call a head to request the twin. |

It was close to the Metro station, it was relatively inexpensive, the hotel was kept clean. The access to internet was 3 Euros for your entire stay The Hotel staff could not accomodate if you did not fit within their rules |

Eden Opéra is a friendly, peaceful hotel in central Paris. Located near Saint-Lazare train station and the department stores, it is within walking distance of Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge. |
The hotel is located on the edge of the attractive village Roissy en France. Set in a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens, it provides additional comfort and quietness during your stay. |
Situated at the foot of Montmartre Hill, within a stone’s throw of the Moulin de la Galette, the hotel features a typical Montmartre corner facade. |
In between the Louvre Museum and the Palais Royal gardens, the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal benefits from an exceptional location in the heart of Paris 1st district, where fashion, shopping, culture,... |
