Grand Hôtel De Turin  

The staff at this hotel are so helpful,nothing is too much trouble.We arrived very late at night,but everything was ready for us with no hassles.this is our 2nd stay at Grand Turin and won't be the last. Great location also.

Can't think of anything we do not like about this hotel.

I don't like to much the hotel, in photo is looking like a very good hotel but in reality is not so nice as described on web page, it looks like a 1 star hotel, the rooms are very cheap quality and the bathroom apart cuz was very little was poor on maintenance and if you are not french the staff from the desk is a lil bit rasist. I will never go on this hotel and I don't recomend to others. I stay in hotel 5 nights but the cleaner never use ghe hoover or the brush for cleaning the room

The hotel was central for traveling around the city. The rooms were basic but clean.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities. There is a machine that sells coffee but we were unable to get a decent drink out of it. There was a particular member of evening staff who needs to go on customer service course. His manner was verycurt.

Quite a good location close to metro and close to Montmarte sites. Near shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and spoke good English. Helpful with directions too. Room was okay with TV and good bed.

NOISE! You can hear everything in this hotel. People in rooms all around, the toilets, the pipes, the water, the cleaners, moving furniture.......Walls are paper thin.

We had very pleasant stay the hotel was central to tourist attractions in the area and metro was easily accessible. Our only disappointment was Marmite restaurant up the road.

Hotel is on a good accessable spot just a stone throw from place pigalle. The room was clean.

Old hotel, the bath room is very old and used. Rooms are small. It is just enough to sleep and get a shower in the morning, that's it. On the other hand, I have paid less in the past for such quality rooms.

Very close to Moulin rouge and pigalle metro. Staff very helpful arranging transportation back to airport

Very small appartments, old furniture. Expensive for provided conditions.

Close the pigall station, 15 minuets to Opera

Evernung at the pigall station is a lot spesific places which not to good for willing with children

The staff was friendly, we missed the Eurostar to send the bikes home and they let us keep it there. Location brilliant, 2 minutes walk from Pigalle and 10 minutes from Gard Du Nord. Good value for money, hotels in the area can be pricey.

The breakfast does not give you much for the extra €8, in a caffe at the Pigalle you can have a meal deal for that. The bed was not really comfy for me and life starts early in the hotel with some noise.

The pictures don't show the reality of the hotel, that it's worst: old fornitures in the room, small bathroom (if you are sitting in the wc you have to be carefull at your knees that don't crash to the wall (and I'm a short woman...)and the shower has a plastic curtain. The lift has only space for one person with a small bag and during the night, all the people that taken the stairs seem to be in the room with you.

Excellent position, near metro and Monmartre district

Too expensive for what they offer, rooms (notably beds) are really small
