The hotel was in a great location and the staff were wonderful. With the amazing mountins as a backdrop, it was the perfect place to be. The Chamonix bus service needs a little work though.... |

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in ever! The staff were very attentive, the spa was brilliant for after ski-ing and although they didn't have a resturant laid on fabulous 'free' food in the lounge for apres ski-ing! They also had an underground car park which was very convenient (even gave us a remote control for the garage door). |

The hotel staff are really nice and willing to help the guests. In our room, the WiFi signal was week and could not get to the Internet. We could go online in the lobby, however. |

Любезность персонала (с чем во Франции бывают проблемы); местоположение отеля (центр города + близость к фуникулеру + отель в пешеходной зоне, но с его задней стороны есть въезд в подземный паркинг) и вид из окна номера; завтраки просто прекрасны... и по содержнию (очень хороший набор блюд, фрукты, прекрасная выпечка) и по эмоциональной составляющей :) можно кушать на открытой террасе - берег реки + сосны + вид на горы; бассейн чуть больше, чем просто окунуться :) наличие русского ТV канала + каналы на 6 или 7 языках. В общем перечислять можно долго. Отель ничем не разочаровал. Подключиться к беспроводному интернету смогла только из лобби отеля. В номере доступа не было, хотя, если не ошибаюсь, все номера позиционировались как имеющие доступ. Предложение: беспроводной интернет во все номера. |

Service impeccable et convivial , hotel confortable et remarquablement placé dans le centre ville de Chamonix favorisant les sorties à pied dans la ville. Séjour court mais très agréable. Direction très soucieuse de la satisfaction du client. |

La rehabilitacion del Hotel hace unos anos esta muy lograda. Mantiene el caracter de antes y le dota de unas instalaciones muy modernas. Las vistas al Mont Blanc y Brevent absolutamente espectaculares. El salon que da al rio Aveyron es esplendido.La terraza en la calle del Dr. Pacard muy agradable para tomar una copa al final de la tarde. El personal del Hotel amabilisimo. Hubiera apreciado una butaca en la habitacion en la que estuve (la 505). |
