Reception is very friendly and kind which made us very much at home. Tea cakes and canapes are free. Bathroom amenities are not sufficient. There were NOT small wash towels, shampoo and conditioners (only shower gels), let alone some other essentials.

receptionists are very friendly, central location, good garage parking, nice jacuzzi. The room was right on the road with drunken people yelling and singing on the road all night, the bed was way too small for 2 people, tiny swimming pool, very small room, wi-fi did not work, no air conditioning at 30 degrees plus in the room. All in all, you don't get much for your money, thinking what you would get for the same (high) price in Swiss Mountain resorts. Also Chamonix is very run down and scruffy compared to Swiss ski resorts. I wouldn't go again.

The atmosphere. Very attractive. Modern, but alpine. Good breakfast. Last, but not least, very helpful and cordial staff!!!! We highly recommend it. We think that the tub/shower would have been more user friendly with a grab bar or rubber mat. Stronger reading lights would have been nice.

The balcony had a good view of the Aiguille du Midi and the river through Chamonix, it was fairly private and relaxing. The bathroom was spacious and the room was comfortable although a little cramped. The staff was excellent, brought our luggage to the room, gave us good suggestions for dinner and we bought our tickets for the cable car up to see Mont Blanc right from the hotel, so no waiting in line at the lift. The hotel was hard to find - we had to park the car and walk around to find it on the pedestrian street. Then they drew a map of how to get to the parking garage, and someone had to meet us there to show us to the garage - very tedious after a long drive.

Very charming hotel with very kind friendly staffs. We really thank Mlle.Kotia Saggia and other staffs. We really enjoyed staying this hotel. Room is nice and clean. The place is very convenient for shopping and visiting mountains. Thank you for everything.

Первый раз была на горнолыжном курорте. Очень довольна отдыхом. Не в последнюю очередь, благодаря отелю. Очень приветливый персонал: помогли найти лыжную школу, соориентироваться в городе . Номер немного маловат для двоих. Очень маленький шкаф, в комнате всего один стул.

Отличный отель. Очень внимательное и доброжелательное отношение персонала, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники. Отличный завтрак. Хорошее месторасположение в центре Шамони на торговой улице. Чистые номера. В целом отель очень чистый, но не новый и требует обновления в местах общего пользования: коридоры, холлы. Учитывая, что отель находится на пешеходной улице и к нему невозможно подъехать на машине, парковка должна быть бесплатной. На сайте не указан адрес паркинга, в итоге вы не можете найти как к нему подъехать, нужно звонить в отель.

Очень хороший отель. Идеальное место расположения, прямо в центре. Приветливый персонал, есть русскоговорящие, которые на протяжении всего пребывания нам помогали полезной информацией. Спасибо им большое!!!! Чистый, уютный!
