The beds were hard
An excellent small hotel with very friendly, helpful and flexible staff. Convenient and central location, close to metro and bus stations and within walking distance to Gare Austerlitz. Ideal for singles and couples for a short vacation in Paris. Recommended.
It`s a nice, small & cosy hotel
The location was a little noisy, but I expected that
Stuff is excellent. Front desk, kitchen, etc. Make your stay welcoming.
breakfast menu is limited. Room was small. No fridge.
I like the location ,the room was clean, and front desk staff help a lot with tour guide info, Breakfast was good too.
I did not like the room at all, very small. it was real hard to take a shower can not fit in and I am not a big person, you need leave soap and shampoo on the floor ,no tray. TV is very small about 17" hard to watch. No help with my luggage, need to carry alone up about 10 steps. Very poor value for money. I will not come again to this hotel.
Location was perfect for travelling around the city.
No tea/coffee making facilites in the rooms.
Location, Wi-Fi and water pressure (great showers)
A reasonable hotel which is good value for money and very close to the metro station. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. We altered our booking to book an extra room on the day of arrival and this was no issue at all and both available for an early check-in!
-A lot of changes on the metro to get to the points of interest, it is a bit of a nuisance but not enough to put you off this well-priced hotel.
Particularly the very friendly welcoming staff, the attractive entrance and hallway, and the wonderful staircase. This hotel is smart yet relaxed.
The dining room was a little crowded, good job we are thin people!
Excellent location, many restaurants nearby. Pretty large room (we booked a standard twin but got a surperior triple room). Breakfast!
To use the elevator you first need to take the stairs. Not that handy with a stroller or for elderly people.
Helpful Staff and a very good location for most of the sights
Very helpful supportive reception staff and well run staffing of breakfast area, where food simple but substantial and good quality, fresh. Always lovely to return to well cleaned room. Location is convenient to metro and buses, and easy walk to lots of great places, without the cost of more central places.
It's simple and basic accommodation, but for me there is nothing not to like about this charming, well run hotel.
Location to rail station
Dirty carpets on sixth floor, cramped bedroom and tired furnishings
The continental breakfast was inseparable from the price package, but it turned out to be totally worth it. Excellent, really. An older, smaller hotel, but all the important aspects were up to date and functioning as they should. In the 13th Arr. Close to the Place d'Italie, it was actually quite close and accessible to everything in Paris. Clientele seemed to be drawn from countries across the map.
Hotel listing said rooms were air conditioned. Ours was not, though others may be, but it was not really necessary, as nights were cool and the room had large French windows that opened wide. As in all such situations, it is wise to travel with earplugs as a hedge against street noise.
Everything. The room was cflean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and probbaly went over and above to be helpful i.e. warning us about pickpockets in ceratin areas as we were two ladies travelling alone.
