Clean and comfortable, although no A/C a fan was provided. Shower had no wall holder, so head was left on shower floor. Big shame as for a small outlay would make a huge differance in presentation and comfort. |

It was convenient to the Rail Station. The staff were very friendly.It was great value for money and extremely clean. I stayed there in January and was not disappointed on either occassion. No language skills.I was glad that I spoke enough French to get by. I love French bread. The bread for breakfast was like a brick. It is a pity that with so much lovely bread available in France that you would need a saw to cur through the crust. |

lgood location, helpful staff, pleasant rooms there was no hot water and it was difficult to get past the decorators working on the stairs - we were with old people |

Le bon rapport qualité/prix, sa situation en centre ville face à la gare J'ai changé de chambre car la première trop bruyante et trop chaude (sous les toits). Les chambres qui donnent sur la gare sont bruyantes car l'été on est obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte |

Proximité de sites touristiques (Vulcania), accueil agréable, petit déjeuner sympathique, bonne qualité de double vitrage: l'hôtel étant situé face à la gare on pouvait entendre les bruits extérieurs de trains, mais ce ne fut pas le cas! Beaucoup de bruits entre les chambres, très mauvaise insonorisation! |

Situation en face de la gare sncf, facilité d'accès aux cars de tourisme pour relais conducteurs. Réception très courtoise du client malgré un retard de 45 minutes du dernier train de la journée. |
