The location is excellent. The staff was very kind. I asked for a quiet room and I had it. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel. |

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, booking tours and dinner reservations in advance. No shower curtain so bathroom floor got really wet. Hairdryer was really poor - next time I will bring my own. |

The bed - it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while on holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was slightly small however as I did not spend much time there so it was not too great a problem. It was very clean though and the bathroom was a good size. |

Superb location, very close to METRO, and the lovure museum (within a few steps) Air Condition is not good enough for hot day. One day during my stay, the temerature go up close to 30 degree celcius. I can barely sleep during the night because it is very warm in the room. |

Staff are very friendly, helpul and speak good English. Breakfast is also good. Bathroom is clean and well-maintained. |
