It's proximity to the Louvre and central Paris. It is an expensive hotel for 3-Star, relying on its location to achieve that price. Its technological services - TV and more importantly wifi - are unsatisfactory and unreliable, so if connection to the internet is important for you, then this is not the place. The operating structure for this hotel is in 3 parts and only reception is located at the hotel. This means any real issues cannot be resolved at the hotel and must be attempted to be resolved by correspondence, only after payment of the account. Apparently rectification is sometimes offered in the form of complementary champagne or a complimentary day stay on your next visit, but not a refund or credit to your credit card.

Good breakfast (if you ignore the flies). Café da manhã variado, apesar das moscas. The room was so small that I had to move the only chair to a corner. It was difficult to move without hitting something. The room has no safe, and worst, no fridge. The bath room is dark, specially the bath area. The toilette room (yes, it is separated) does not have a washbasin. The internet connection is a joke, the signal was ok but the speed made it useless. The acoustic isolation from the outside noise is ok, but between the room and the corridor/other rooms is very poor. Hint: avoid the rooms near the lift.

Location is as close as you can get to the Lourve, metro and central Paris. The room was a little on the small size but very very comforable. We had a view of the Lourve and the Eiffle Tower from our window. It was very convienent to arrive on the metro and just walk the 100 meters to the hotel. It is so close to the Lourve and all the other places of interest are within walking distance. No fridge in the room and the exorbitant charge for water. Also needs to provide safe in rooms

our room was quiet and had an excellent rooftop view. it was small, and the bathroom was dirty and the tiles were falling off the wall in the bathroom. The heater/air cooler kept coming on and there was no way to turn it off. the lights were too glaringly bright and hard to read to. the wifi reception sucked. The lobby computer was huge and there was no privacy when using it. but, it's paris and how can that be all bad?

Location excellent, just meters from the Louvre. Good value for money. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room small but well equipped. Room was very hot, although the heating was turned off. It might be a one-room problem, though. Internet connection very slow, apparently because too many guests logged on at the same time, according to staff; this would point to insufficient bandwidth.

Room 503 has a small balcony and you look out over rooftops and the Palais Royal Garden is right there. You can see all the way to Sacre Cour at night and you are at the Louvre gardens walking in minutes. Instant metro choices. The food at La Muscade in Palais Royal is a must. Casual tea inside or out. The tagine at dinner is a must., The couscous marvelous. Pastries, and bread with nuts, chocolate and raisins great. The right bank metros have the best correspondences, I think, which is helpful. I have stayed in at least 15 Paris hotels and room 503 would make me stay there again. The matress could be renewed and new wallpaper soon. Decor modern. Very quiet. Staff professional, pleasant and helpful. Can only reccommend 503.

I liked that despite the fact the fruit Salad I ordered late at night being un available, the concierge brought up an apple and a pear so as to satisfy my craving for fruit. I didn't ask for this and was happy to go without, this was a really nice gesture. I was also not charged for the apple or the pear which I also thought was very nice. The apple was crisp and the pear was ripe and juicy. The service was excellent. Great attention to detail. It was a shame that the fruit salad wasn't available. The menu said I could order anything up until 1:30am. I was still very pleased with the apple and pear though. Especially the pear.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Free computer in the lobby. Good breakfast. Would stay there again. Bad acoustic isolation: you can hear everything that goes on in the corridor and the other rooms (bathroom included) - every flush, hairdryer, conversation, alarm clock, a/C... Also, no mini-bar, small closet. But still, a great hotel.

Walking distance to the Louvre. Hotel staff were helpful and spoke English. I was fortunate to have one of the updated sleeping rooms that included a sleeping area. The only downside to my sleeping room was that it had a moldy smell.

We spent 5 wonderful days in Paris recently & thproughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The central location meant we were able to walk to the wonderful sites in the city. Our hotel room, though small, was lovely & we had an excellent view of the city. Our bathroom was large & spacious. We would return again to your hotel & would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends. The staff were very friendly & courteous. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. Unable to find anything we didn't like.

The location was the best! Barely 3-minute walk to the Palais Royal Musée du Louvre metro station (lines 1 & 7 - line 1 is my favourite line with many stations to key attractions and connecting lines). It is also a short walk from the Louvre. The hotel is situated on a well-lit lane off a busy street so I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel - I'm a woman travelling alone so this is a key point for me. The hotel staff (English speaking) were always smiling, friendly and eager to assist. The room was clean, comfy and well-sized (I requested a good-sized room when I made my booking) - my brother tells me I'm too picky about these things so you can be assured it really was of good standard! The buffet breakfast was really good. Wide variety of tasty fare and guests are welcomed to bring some back to their room too so that was great for a snack to take along while sightseeing. Free wi-fi was also one of the crucial things for me. Altogether, it isn't cheap I must admit, but I would certainly stay there again because of the excellent & safe location, lovely staff and comfy room. It was good value for the money spent! It would be great if there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Having said that, the hotel staff were happy for me to go to the kitchen and fill a teapot with hot water so that was nice. A safety deposit box would also be a good plus. Oh, I found the hairdryer somewhat cumbersome to use and it wasn't very hot either.

Included breakfast and helpful reception stuff. One man in particular was kind enough to show us all the points of interest on a map and told us in detail how to get a train to Versailles. It didn't have a safe in the room.

The excellent disabled bathroom, thoughtfully designed for a wheelchair user. The location, near The Louvre , was perfect. No bar area. Also very hot everywhere in the hotel, especially the breakfast room. When bedroom windows opened there was a noisy air conditioning unit.

Location, Size of Junior Suite Breakfast was poor, all self service to the extent that one even had to boil ones own egg, no fried or scrambled egg. Could not cool the over-heated room down, the controller does not actually control an air-conditioning system. Even with the controller set to off, the room only dropped 1 degree C. Had to open the balcony door to cool the room. Very basic and somewhat overpriced in terms of facilities. I would not stay there again.

Location was perfect for the Louvre and would definately recommend due to its close proximity. We visited to visit an exhibition and it was so lovely to walk across the road and go straight into the Louvre - no hassle and it also meant we could pop back at night for late opening after a short rest in our room. Accommodation was perfectly fine, nice and clean, nice view but would not describe it as luxury. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was a little noise from the room next door but nothing too bother about and I'm a light sleeper. Breakfast choice was adequate with something to suit all tastes although not overly extravagant. There was a little noise from the room next door but nothing major however, perhaps this would be an issue if the hotel was very busy.

The location and the buffet breakfast, and the cleanliness and quietness. The bed could have been a bit bigger and the TV wasn't great. It would freeze on and off.
