An oasis of comfort and quiet in an eclectic city. Convenient to everything in the historic center but slightly removed from the hustle and bustle. Very nice breakfast buffet, lovely bathrooms and linens. We had a small maintenance problem in our bathroom which the staff responded to well and quickly. Perfect for access to Principe train station. |

Great location. Close to all the sights. Right next to the lourve. Small and a bit run down. Not a four star. More like 3-3.5. construction next door during the week on our side of the hotel. |

The room is basic but very comfortable and clean. Centrally located. Good continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. No complimentary drinking water/kettle in room especially arriving late in the evening at11.30 pm. |

Wonderful location. Great sights on the doorstep. Reception staff could not do enough to help. The smallest bedroom (No: 215) we've ever stayed in. Had to move sideways across the end of the bed to get to the other side of the room. However, the location made up for this, and we were only there for a long weekend. |

The staff were friendly, english speaking and accomodated all of our requests. The on-line price was much less than the local listed price. Very small room - but this is to be expected in the heart of Paris. |

Great location very near to the Louvre and at the center of all touristy locations. Lots to do around it and easy to walk to most of the major attractions and trains stations. Very friendly and competent staff The TV was very small and poor reception. |

The staff at the hotel are very helpful and very kind, breakfast is OK and location is great!!! just opposite the Louvre museum. My room was very very small, it might be the smallest room/ bed I've had in my life, actually, I think that I booked this hotel by mistake, because when I realized that I had paid 210 eur per one 3 star hotel with such a small room.. |

I stayed at this hotel because of the location and the reviews. One of the number one things for me in a hotel is quietness! This place was literally around the corner from the Metro and on a quiet street. No view and very basic rooms but the breakfast buffet was super! I did not like it that you had to take your laptop to the lobby. It is super hot there and the little chairs(4) are uncomfortable. I think the server they use is weak. |

My nephew and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and were thrilled with the location and very pleased with the accommodations. Small but clean rooms, nice linens and a nice size bath. We didn't spend that much time in the hotel because we were touring from morning until night but they provided an excellent European breakfast and it was completely quiet at night. When I called to ask about getting from the airport to the hotel, the woman at the desk offered to arrange for a shuttle for 55 Euros. We opted instead to take the RER train and Metro which was ok but not great. BUT, we later found out that for 9.80 Euros we could take an airport shuttle located near the Opera House, about a 10 minute walk away, which we did for our return. |

The staff were very helpfull and spoke very good english. It must be said that the room was compact but very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in! There was a good choice for breakfast and plenty of it, which is needed as the central location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Paris by foot. Nothing,I was very impressed, The only thing that would stop me from returning to the Palais Royal was if we were travelling with my daughter, as I noticed that there were no triple or family rooms. |

The hotel staff was superb! Traveling with 2 young children I found myself in need of a late night glass of milk. Without hestitation the front desk attendant directed to the kitchen and provided me with a container of milk for my boys. ..no charge. ..so kind! Checking in was a breeze. . .gave our name and they gave us the key. ..no waiting, no questions, no hassle! Nothing. . .wonderful hotel with excellent service! HIghly recommend for any type of traveler! |
