The hotel stuffs are nice, the location is good

The room is small, the bed is not so good

Bad sound insulation. I can hear any word of others even I close the door. Fortunately, I can't speak French.

Absolutely great location ! Very good breakfast! Quite comfortable beds. And the size of our room ( Twin on the 2nd floor) was not tiny at all.Bath accessories from Roger&Gallet...The hotel also provides transfer from the airport for 36 Eur for two passengers,including luggage, what is much cheaper than taking a taxi. Will definitely recommend this hotel

It could be good, if there was some partition in the bathroom (it was quite hard to take a shower without splashing the whole space of the bathroom) ,and ,probably, a safety box in the room

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were quiet, the breakfast was excellent and the location was just about perfect.

Didn't get our wake-up call on our get-away day. Could have been a major problem

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very responsive when we needed anything. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed a really good size and the climate control very comfortable..

The closeness to everything - Louvre, Notre Dame, restaurants, shopping, busses, boats.

We didn't mind turning in our key each time we left the hotel, however, there was no id check when retrieving your key. One time we were given the wrong key!!
