The lobby is quite impressing and the room we got was very large. The room had no airco or fan which was not really nice with and outside/inside temperature of 35 degrees.

Excellent location between old town with its attractions and the shopping areas. Large comfortable room. Secure car parking. Very friendly staff. Kettle with tea/coffee provided in room - very unusual for France. Although kettle provided, only one cup (another supplied on request), no milk (told none in hotel!) and we ended up buying our own from a shop.

Die Bausubstanz des Hotels ist beeindruckend. Der Empfang war angenehm, auf Sonderwünsche für die Kinder wurde eingegangen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Schallisolation ist - wie so oft bei älteren Gebäuden - nicht gerade gut.

L’architecture du bâtiment, et tout particulièrement la halle de réception, avec ses beaux plafonds décorés dignes d’un vrai château, un enchantement pour les yeux, vraiment ravissant Pas de douche séparée, baignoire un peu petite et difficile d’accès

Nous avons aimé cet hôtel pour son architecture (très belle façade, hall avec un majestueux escalier, vitraux art nouveau) pour l'espace généreux de ses chambres, la propreté, le bon accueil, la serviabilité (Proposition spontanée de mettre gracieusement à disposition un lit parapluie pour notre enfant) et pour les vicissitudes de son histoire liée à celle de notre pays et de la ville de Belfort. Seul petit bémol : L'isolation phonique n'est pas des meilleures.

Der Empfang, die Beratung durch das Personal war hervorragend und kompetent. Wir haben ein Restaurant vermisst, welches bei einem solchen Haus dazugehört.Gefehlt hat auch eine Hotelbar, wo man gemütlich etwas trinken könnte. Die Anzahl Hotelparkplätze sind etwas knapp bemessen. Nicht in Ordnung war die Verbuchung beider Hotelzimmer auf die angegebene Kreditkarte, da wir 2 Ehepaare getrennte Kassen hatten. Dies war höchst unprofessionell.

Le cadre de l’hôtel (situation en centre ville mais à proximité de l'autoroute ainsi que l'historique du bâtiment) - le rapport qualité prix est excellent et le personnel très disponible et souriant. Une chasse d'eau un peu sifflante la nuit !
