4th floor and only one escape route in case of fire.

The location, the closeness to the tower, the nearby neighbourhood, the pretty good breakfast

The tiny rooms, but I guess that is to be expected.. Half of them face the back which just faces another wall.. And the other ones face the street. I tried to move rooms but I didn't. Breakfast is okay.. But not very expansive.. Croissants, coffee, orange juice, canned fruit cocktail, hardboiled eggs, yogurt... Staff were mostly pleasant but could be nicer.

    Good in almost all aspects.

We heard a lot of noises from our room (doors, stairs and elevator).

The metro was easy available. Good restaurants by rue Cler.

The walls of the hotel are very thin, thatswhy we could'nt sleep well. The room is too small, and unfurnitured. Breakfest was not efficient every day it was the same.Elevator is too small. We have to pay on the first day.Our conclusion: it would be nice to get half of the price back.

Location ... walking distance of river and Invalides and also metro station. The road was attractive with a variety of wine, cheese, shops and supermarket, cafes. A lot of life and activity.

Our first room was a standard twin at rear of hotel. Very cramped and dark. We upgraded to a superior room on front. Much more room and with view of road. Still fairly quiet. Lift was terribly small so that only one could get in if with luggage.

Staff is friendly, the hotel is close to everything. It is clean

Are rooms getting smaller as I am getting older? The layout was good, but I would call the room a closet. I also did not get the room I had requested.

Location was great, only 5 min stroll to the Eiffel Tower and close to other iconic sights. The hotel is situated in a little street bustling with restaurants, patisseries, fruit markets etc... You walk out the hotel straight into a Parisian neighborhood! Staff were great and helpful, the room was comfortable and air con and wifi both worked very well.

The location of the hotel was great, beautiful street with everything you need. Not far from Eiffel. Bathroom was clean and very nice & new. First floor location is a must if you have baby as lift not very big. Modern decor.

Bed was terrible, mattress sagged heavily in middle very uncomfortable. Room quite small especially with portacot, which we were charged 10euros/ night for, if we had known prior about charge we would've bought our own. We had to leave baby pushchair in luggage room downstairs as not enough space in room. No fridge/ tea/coffee facilities in room. No view in back rooms- we requested street side but were told nothing available. Upon departure concierge was hesitant to provide receipt unsure as to reason.

    Location - great area

Value for money - it's scandalous to have to pay so much (over 200€/night) for a dirty, uncomfortable room which carries one person at a time.

The staff was most excellent. Very helpful and friendly.

Lift was not working. Five flights of stairs was a bit of a walk. But otherwise a beautiful place to stay.

It's proximity to metro station (very near Ecole Militaire on Line 8). Also walking distance to Carrefour, Franprix and Leader Price. Good neighborhood vibe and plenty of restaurants and boulangerie.

My husband found the bed uncomfortable.

Good Location can feel Paris Night lifestyle at night but a bit noisy across the street because there are many bars and restaurants

Breakfast is not enough and not many choices

It was my first time in Paris though my husband had been there once earlier. I did a lot of research and found this hotel. It is value for money. I must give it to the staff because they were very helpful always guiding us as to what is best. A very comfortable place to stay with lots of restaurants n eateries around. Please just one thing it is a small cozy place so please do not have high expectations in regard to the size of the rooms

The staff was excellent! The location couldn't be better for the price!

We were just unlucky getting the one room without a ceiling fan, the room could have been a Lil bigger, other than that a great deal for a quick getaway.

We stayed four days and loved the location. Every morning as we exited the hotel there were little shops selling pastries, sandwiches, fruit, etc. we loved watching the locals and school kids scurrying to their destinations. It was within walking distance to many sites and the Metro. The staff was extremely helpful especially the assistant manager..sorry can't remember his name..was very informative and helpful..the hotel helped us fall in love with Paris! Will DEFINITELY return.

They accommodated our desire for a balcony room ( for an extra fee ) and were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was scrupulously clean, but quite small.
