Doors close at midnight. You must ring a bell and wait for the doorman to buzz you in Didn't feel clean enough for my standards Noisy
We enjoyed the access to the local bistros which were on our doorstep. We were in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee. Brilliant.
The hotel room was small and painted a little dull. However, we were on the front overlooking the street and it made up for it with lovely big windows to open.
The staff is friendly. Nice breakfast. Excellent location.
The internet speed needs to improve.
Great location, right on a very cute, parisian street, full of nice restos and bars. 5 min away from the metro station-when you get out of the metro you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower! The room was not very big but had all the necessary facilities and the wifi was free and good. The staff was nice and efficient.
Tiny, tiny bathroom.
Atmospheric location comprising bustling street life, interesting range of shops, unique Parisian feel!
Brown dingy walls / decoration
Great location - walking distance to Eiffel and metro, street full of small markets and cafes/bistros.
Towels were threadbare, unable to eat breakfast even tho it was included (not enough seats for number of people in hotel), parking was 9euro more per day than we were told. Room so small we could barely move.
Location of the hotel is just amazing and the only plus of the hotel. You can be wherever in the center of Paris within few moments.
The walls were so thin that we could hear absolutely everything. And when I say everything, I mean everything! I had a big problem to fall asleep. The room was really small, even for small people. And the breakfast really did not worth the price. I chosed this hotel only because of its location. The rest was just disaster. You could stay in Grand Hyatt Hotel next to the White House in dc, which is even cheaper than this :d
The room was very nice & confortable.
When I arrived the elevator was broken and no one helped me out with my luggage. I couldn't believe that they were so unpolite and I had to carry my luggage to the last floor !!!
The location is great. Rue Cler is great. It is near to the metro, many attractions, and some great patisseries.
Room was very cramped. There wasn't much room to move in the triple room and the desk was made unusable. Also, "something" (I'm assuming a mouse) in the room ate into our bag of nuts and ate many of them. For the price of the hotel, this is simply unacceptable.
Room is tiny & old, but 100 eur a night though
Location is good
Cleanliness was a big issue, seeing flies flying over your bed before sleeping is not a good sight.
The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. The area was good. The shops on the street were convienent.
Staff were not at all friendly. The bathroom was uncomfortably small and cramped, showering was difficult. We could not dress in the bathroom with the door closed. The double bed was pushed up against the wall on one side as the room was so small. The lift fits one person at a time. We were on the 5th floor but used the stairs. We booked a double room for 3 nights and were glad it was for no longer. The room we were given was not featured in the gallery photos and was not worth AUD $1000 for 3 nights. Better value can be found elsewhere in Paris.
Location is great
Rooms are small. Bedding was not the best.
The hotel was within a few blocks of most main attractions and had markets and restaurants right outside the lobby door.
At night the restaurant bars on the street below could become very noisy along with trash pickup trucks. The rooms were also small for three adults but efficient. Two adults per room would be a max, if I stayed here again.
Great part of Paris with a very good atmosphere in the street day and night.
Staff were not very friendly and short at times
The two gentlemen at the desk were very helpful. The lady at the desk seemed irritated that she had to help us. She has a bad habit of rolling her eyes at you when you ask for help.
They charge extra for VAT allthough was clear in booking form that is included. They act as thiefs. Poor breakfast. Loudy room.
Hotel was in walking distance of several major sites.
Decor inside hotel was a bit dated.
Helpful staff, good location really close to the subway station, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower.
The elevator was really, really tiny. There wasn't enough space for a medium size suitcase and myself. I had to send my suitcase alone on the elevator and went by stairs.
