Great location just 2 mins walk from the Opera. Close to major sights and shops. Very good room cleaning and change of bathroom towels every day (which is quite unexpected from a 3* hotel). Inconvenient lobby (in fact there isn't one) and a tiny lift. Insufficient noise isolation in rooms (we could make out every word in the conversation of our next door neighbours) |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly which impressed us. Very central location and spotlessly clean. The lift was very small. Disappointed about the bar area being so small. |

We were really dissapointed as we expected a lot more. The room was really small. The shower gave either hot or cold water. The bed was really lousy. |

This hotel is very charming.... And though old it is quite well maintained, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. The staff is very particular about certain things but its all good. The rooms are larger than your average hotel room in Paris - most room are at least double the size of an avg. Paris hotel room..and the bathrooms are huge too. Only problem was that there is a safety deposit box in each room but its an old style with a key and to get the key you have to pay a 30 euro deposit as well as 1 euro a day - even then I don't feel safe leaving my belongings in a safe where I can't have my own personal code to open/close as in most hotels. |

I had one significant problem, which is that I thought I had booked two rooms with two double beds. Instead I had booked two rooms each with one double bed. This problem originates with Booking.com, I think. The reservation form should clearly say what beds are in the room you're booking. It shouldn't rely on the user's knowing what industry terms like "Standard Double" or "Superior Twin" mean. |

Very good location. A nice though small room. When I came back to the hotel in the evening there was nobody at the reception. I waited for almost 10 min. and then just took the key of my room myself. I was a little confused and was wondering about the security issues as basically anyone could take any key... |
