The location of the hotel is very good, at 5 min away from the metro station Opera and right near Galleries Lafayetes. It is very nice and clean. The hotel is very nice, but the rooms are waaaay to small comparing to what you see in the pictures. The serivces are good, but one must pay extra for the breakfast and the minibar is kind of expensive. They also said the room were soundproof. Not at all.

Good for shopping @ LAfayette and Printemps The room was not cleaned for 2 days - it took serious interventions to get it fixed. Terribly small bed even for a hotel in a downtown Paris - the width of the bed is 1,2m! And this is double superior room. The hotel personnel failed to book a restaurant for us in the downtown despite our requests and clarifications.

Booked a "superior" room. Indeed quite spacious compared with other Parisian hotels in the same price range. Top location close to the Grands Magazins and the Opera. Interior appeared slightly tarnished. TV didn't work.

Location - It's just five minutes walk from the Opera. Wi-fi - I had to go to the communal room to use the internet. Breakfast - It may be a little too expensive for that kind of meal.

Very pleasant staff (english speaking), nice Paris-style rooms, cosy hall and rooms. Location is excellent- just a minute's walk away from metro and a stone's throw from La Fayette, Opera and beautiful streets. There are many cafe's near the hotel. I wish it was a bit cheaper. and sound insulation in my room was awful.

Room size is fairly large as well as the bathroom. Very clean. Well furnished and equipped. Furniture is a little old and tired. bathroom pieces very used and tired. A connecting door to the next door room make breathing heard over.

The main reason was the location and free WIFI in the rooms. We stayed in a superior room which are a bit bigger, about 20 sq. It is very close to the metro both Opera and Chaussée d'Antin. Very close to the big department stores and much more. Breakfast is very expensive and poor. 15 euro p p.

Handy location for Roissybus from airport. The stop is just round the corner next to the Opera. Romm OK for one person but would be a little cramped for two. Maybe mine was the smaller room as I was on my own. In this day and age I would have expected free internet access/WiFi. Internet access was available although this via a credit card reader. First hotel I've stayed at in Europe (over the past 18 months) that has not got this facility. A friend stayed at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe in Paris at €250 a night and the internet deal was exactly the same. Maybe it's a French hotel thing!

Loved the decor and the rooms were very cute, good value, would like to stay again with hope the deals are similar. They could work on the breakfast assortment as this was a little disappointing for the money, 15E for continental and it wasnt as fresh as id have hoped.

Good location near metro station, Galley lafayette, Printemp shopping centre just a step from 2 chinese restaurant. Hotel staff were friendly and kind. Lift is very tiny just for 3 person, to take our 5 luggages to the rooms we were assisted by a hotel staff at the time we checked in but during checked out since it was early in the morning we had a bit difficulty taking our 5 luggages and 5 adult going down through the tiny lift.
