My room was charming, bed very comfortable, location perfect in terms of walking proximity to restaurants and major museums etc. Best of all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Street can be noisy but you can close your window. I was very pleased with this hotel . It is small and personal.

Reception desk (Annie) was great. Room was quiet. Great old-fashioned atmosphere. Nice breakfast buffet. Room small and hard to maneuver in with its furniture. Bathroom lighting at the sink was poor. (Light directly overhead throws facial features into shadow.)

The staff was terrific and the location was great. We have stayed there many times but this time our room was sooooo small that you could barely walk around the bed. Also I thought the charge for breakfast and use of internet was not a good value. All the other hotels included that as part of the price we were already paying.

Location is great in the middle of the Latin quarter. Everything is at walking distance (Luxembourg park, Notre Dame, Marais district. City Hall...) Room was too small, although I took a double room but I did not stay there for the day so it was not a big problem. Just a bit expensive for this size...

The location is absolutely great. Very close to public transportation, in one of the best neighborhoods.A lot of pubs and restaurants opened until very late hours. The hotel staff is also very nice. The rooms are a bit too small for my taste, but you don't go to Paris to stay inside the hotel, so i think it's not a very big problem.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms very clean and spacious for a prime location. Not really a complaint; but sometimes housekeeping would still knock or open the door despite the no disturb sign been put out on the door. Just a notice but not a compalint as such

Great location, lots of restaurants around and close to most of the importante monuments in Paris. In general, is a very good hotel. Just one small lift for everybody. Room is a little small, but considering the hotels in Paris, it's ok.

The localization is excellent, near from many touristic points, bars, restaurants and shops. All employees are excellent, friendly and helpful. The decoration are very pretty. Just the size of the rooms. It's sufficient for a couple and just. But the qualities are more than sufficient to compensate this (literally) little problem.

The staff is extremely competent and nice. Very professional. The location is excellent. The room has all you need for a short stay. The person who decorated the room should re-examine his career choice. Red roses (huge and many) on the wallpaper and curtains. Pictures of roses on the wall. Roses carved in the furniture. Red covers and red carpet. I got a headache. There was a lot of dust in the room, but that was due to the textile padded walls. Nevertheless not for the dust allergic. The bathroom was in a pristine condition (and rose picture free).

It is in St Germain, you can walk to Odeon, St Michael, Notre Dame so it has really good location. It is an old hotel and not comfortable enough as being a Best Western chain

I was most surprised how good the hotel was for a 3 star in France, we have stayed in a few shockers, this was excellent. The hotel is fairly modern in its fit out, the rooms were good, the breakfast selection was quite good. An electrical problem developed in the first room they gave us and when I mentioned this to the front desk, expecting some-one to come and have a look, the receptionist gave me the key to different and better room and said to have a look and if we were happy shift to it, I was impressed, we had already had 1 night in the first room. The location is excellent, what some people may refer to as the centre of the left bank of Paris.

Room was cozy (but minimal). Near to everything. Clean and fresh. Water taps should be the mixer type to save water and creeking wardrobe doors should be lubricated.

Location is great, with affordable restaurants all around and quick access to metro stations, cinemas and places of interest. Staff was rather friendly but not over helpful. Shuttle services to the airport are offered through a third party company that places profitability before customer service as it took us 1.30 hour to get to Roissy CDG.

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet street just yards from a bustling area off Bllvd St Germain, and just yards from Odeon Metro. We had a delightful room on the top floor overlooking the rooftops. It was quiet, comfortable and everything worked. The hotel is small and personal. There is a very good breakfast service in the basement dining room.
