Çok kötü - bulunduğu konum oldukça kötü.
polite staff. location was good. comfy bed.
cleaner lady entered our room at 4pm and spoke mumbling french which we didnt understand at all. i guess room cleaning everyday at 4pm. wifi was very expensive. 2euros for 1 hour. i wont return to this hotel.
Great location, comfortable, clean and good shower!
Had to pay for Wifi!
Location ,staff was helpful and friendly
That we had to pay for wifi, ,floor was crooked in room. Coffee cup on table started to fall off table
Staff speak English, location near to the train station. Room was big and had enough space. overall fairly good.
Lifts are old and too small. so we had to use stairs.
Lokasinya mudsh dijangkau dan mudah kalau mau pergi kemana saja
Karpet lantainya sudah agak suram warnanya
1) Good localization (near to Gare de l"Est railway station, Metro station just in front of the hotel). 2) Friendly staff. 3) Great value for money. 4) Very comfortable bed.
near metro and bus
no free wi-fi
If you like bus going past your windows at 4 in the morning and hoards of people at 4 am it's great
Location and support
Surpisingly quiet at night, very well placed for Gare du Nord and metro to Paris attractions, and the adjacent St Denis area surprisingly good to just enjoy being in France,
Room good for staying with children but breakfast room geared more to single travellers and couples, with very ordinary food and a bit boring, Maintenance a bit lax over sticking doors, squealing hinges etc.
Great location being so handy to Gare de l'Est. Huge room and bathroom with really comfy beds. Thought the small lift that others have mentioned was cute and quirky!
A jug to boil water would have been nice.
close to Metro and major train hubs multi-lingual staff great cafe's nearby clean and tidy comfy beds
lifts in Paris are part of the experience!
Staff (some of them) and location
room, cleaning, bathroom, everything
Easy access train, bus, underground and airport, Bus 32 takes you straight to the ET. long but easy walk back. Good wifi in cafes next door. Bed a bit rough but no probs staying there again if on a budget
Bed a bit rough but not a problem
Much what we expected for the money -- convenient location, close to train station. Loved the window with iron grillwork and the view of the street below. Other than that, the room was adequate but certainly no luxuries. Staff were helpful in allowing us to check in early and leave our luggage the following day.
We could never get the WiFi working. Pillows were also quite inadequate.
You get what you pay for. Bare bones but nothing unacceptable. No 24-hour desk (closes at 1 am) so if you are planning on being out late not the place to be, but fine for landing in Paris the first night if you just need to rest.
Paying for wifi.
Happy with the location as it was so close to the East Railway station and all the buses so travel was easy. It was a good walk into the centre of town (40mins or so). I believe it was quite inexpensive given that we were in Paris. Being able to sit at the Juliet balcony and look over the busy street was great. Soundproofing was excellent. The staff were really helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained -- they came in each day to tidy. We didn't eat there so can't comment on that.
We were not able to get the internet there. The lift was tiny...although we thought that was cute and had races to see if the stairs or lift would get there first. The slope on the floor was disconcerting but once again, this added to the adventure. Some of the surrounding areas were a little grimy to walk through but it is a big city......
The location, the size of the room, and some of the staff.
The room was very dated, several of the shelves were broken, as was the fitting in the shower. Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful, our room had no air con and it was very noisy (next to a church with loud bells. The wifi was very expensive and the signal was poor (would drop out).
Close to train and buses
Nothing it was great
Great location, close to trains and buses. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. We had a quadruple room with balcony and great surrounding views. No complaints at all.
Location is good, near the East station. good for arrival by train. from airport needs to take RER train takes 40 min to North station & then than by walk 5 min to the hotel. Good to stay for just one night to catch train morning train via East station.
wife is not free. our room was very small and the bedding is fairly clean. the lift is very small for two persons only without luggages.
Close to the railway station
Horrible location, drunks drug users etc. Dated room, wallpaper peeling, tiles falling off in bathroom . Exposed wiring in bathroom ceiling. Warped flooring. No sealant round bath. No plug in sink so soap went straight down. All round shoddy
