非常非常一般的酒店，贵而且房间小，浴室小，一切都不尽人意

Everything in the hotel worked; the heat, the hot water, etc. Everything was clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was well-maintained. It had a good location near a Metro stop. The decor was nice. The price was fine for Paris. I liked everything about this hotel--I have no complaints

No complaints--it's a well-run hotel

Awful! We were a group of six. The hotel is ugly, the rooms are in very bad shape, stink, the decor is horrible, and the neighborhood is very uncomfortable.

The location is good. 5 - 10 minutes walk from to Gare de Nord. Perfect if you come with RER train from CDG as we did. Metro just outside the door. Friendly staff with good to reasonable English if required. We had a 4 bed room (1 double and 2 separate beds) spacious with large bathroom. I believe the double glazed windows were new and they kept the street noise out. The large rooms have stone walls so there was no noise from other rooms which I see other people are complaining about. Breakfast €8,5 was also good with friendly and alert staff in the dining room. Several restaurants just outside the hotel. I can definitely recommend this hotel hotel to other families.

Rooms nice and cosy with a personal touch but worn and could use some redecoration. Some light bulbs did not work etc. But considering the price not much to complain about. Note, the hotel could not find / had no information about our reservation through Booking.com. We were lucky as the hotel was probably not fully booked but I recommend that you double check your reservation directly wit the hotel as well to be on the safe side.

Undergoing renovations, Family room not available as booked. 2 x rooms on the 5th with threadbare carpets. Floor in one room sloped left to right, other rose and stuck door o opening. Doors only locked with electric lock, deadbolts didn't locate due to misalignment of doors, both rooms. Very small lift - max 3 (or 2 with a small child)

The desk clerk Zahora was very helpful with assisting my daughter and I on how to see Paris using the Metro and obtaining 3 or 5 day passes. The Metro access wa about 50 yds from the hotel.

There was no wifi access.

The Grand Hôtel De Paris was conveniently located and reasonably priced. The staff was pleasant.

I read lots of reviews on trip advisor before I went and was a little nervous. But the hotel is in a brilliant location. Next to gare d l'est station. The staff are so friendly Nd will answer any of your questions. The room was the perfect size for my bf and I who were keen to explore Paris. The shower in the en suite exceeded my expectations. It was always powerful and always hot - just what you need after along day.

I have no negative comments and would definately stay there again.

the hotel was old but comfortable. the family room we stayed in was spacious but a little tired. it was very cold in paris during our stay so the large bath and warm room was welcoming.the location was good if you are planning on using the train to get around.the gard l'est is very close the gard de nord about 3 blocks away. there were some good restaurants to dine at surrounding the hotel.

the lift is tiny so be prepared for carrying your luggage up a narrow winding staircase!..

If you are looking for only a place to crash for the night, this is the place for you. If not, and you are willing to spend a bit more money, please do-not choose this place.

--> There was "no" promised Wi-Fi --> No printer was working --> Room was not even cleaned when I checked in --> The room phone was not working --> The person at the hotel, did not even know how to make a phone call from the hotel

Stay away from here!! There is no words to fully describe the bad experience I had in this hotel. Extremely rude staff, none of them spoke english and a room so small and unconfortable that it really ruined my Paris experience. Stay away from this hotel! If you want a low budget, you are better off staying in a hostel or even sleep at Gare de l´est. It will be more confortable and people will probably be nicer to you.

Friendly staff let us to check in at 10 am. Good heating and bathroom facilities.

Old and refurbishing building with a small lift in it. Also interestingly the floor is not flat. They do not have 24 hour reception service so you need to wake up the staff at night by ringing the doorbell to get inside.

The hotel is located in walking distance from Louvre and city centre. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and shops near the hotel opened even in night.
