The team of the hotel it's great , they are very warm and nice , friendly...i really like it them...the room ...for 4 stars I was expecting more...too small :(( ... the cleaning woman...hm..she's ok..but always forget to let all necessary...shampoo , glasses, sapon , tawors..every day she forget minimum 2 things from the room...generally ..nice hotel...but the staff from the reception and restaurant makes all...makes you feel good and to forget that the room its too small for 4 stars... Cleaner woman:(

We were on a family holiday to Lourdes to visit the Grotto of Lourdes. The hotel was ideally situated for visiting the grotto and for all the cafes and restaurants. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We were having a drink in the bar and were asked to leave to accommodate a group arriving. I thought this odd as we too were paying guests and would assume the bar is for all guests. This was slightly irritating as I was with my elderly parents and it was raining outside.

Public spaces very grand and comfortable. Friendly staff. A la carte restaurant amazingly good. Air conditioned rooms. Good, free WiFi. I think that bathrooms were an afterthought (hotel built 1890's). This makes the bedrooms very poky.

Slightly old fashioned charm but very modern bathroom. Very friendly and helpful bar lady. Central location but was quiet. We were charged 12 euros per night to park which I have never experienced and was wrong for a 4 star hotel. No tea and coffee making in the room otherwise very good.

Zeer goede ligging vlak bij het domein. Uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi klassehotel voor wie niet van modern houdt. Zeer goed gastronomisch restaurant. Mooi en uitgebreid ontbijt.Een aanrader. De bedden waren tamelijk hard en te kort voor wie, zoals ik, één meter vijfentachtig is.

Abbiamo cenato in hotel la sera dell'arrivo. Pessima cena. Filetto di carne immangiabile. Per questo le altre sere ci siamo arrangiati in ristoranti esterni.

Sa proximité du sanstuaire de Lourdes Mal équipé pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Nous avions pourtant bien précisé que nous avions un enfant en fauteuil Nous avons du demandé à changer de chambre car la baignoire de la chambre 113 était inaccessible. La 606 avait une salle de bains plus grande, mais pas vraiment équipée pour ce genre de problème. Le reste était très bien.

Le cadre et le disponibiliré du personnel Il serait souhaitable pour les mal entendant qu'ils puissent légèrement augmenter le volume de la télévision qui est tout à fait insuffisant même pour les personnes qui considèrent avoir une audition normale

Personnel trés accueillant et efficace Cadre d'ancien palace bien entretenu....prix raisonnable. Petit déjeuner copieux et bien présenté (préférez l'expresso du restaurant au café prévu pour le petit déjeuner) Cuisine bonne mais pas tout à fait au goût du jour....probablement convenable pour une clientèle de curiste. Carte des vins moyenne..... .....Mais sans doute suffisante pour une clientèle étrangère consommatrice de coca ! ......mais nous étions satisfait dans l'ensemble et recommanderons cet hôtel !

L'hotel è in ottima posizione rispetto alla grotta.Il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile,un ringraziamento particolare a Maria.Molto bella la sala ristorante, dove si servono piatti buoni e curati nella presentazione, serviti da personale gentile.Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo, grazie all'offerta booking. La camera tripla da noi riservata, era in realtà una doppia con letto aggiunto.

La posizione dell'hotel, la cortesia degli impiegati alla reception Il solo aspetto negativo e' stato la pulizia della camera e del bagno fatta in fretta e male. I servizi igienici e I pavimenti ritrovati sporchi . I letti rifatti velocemente.

Hotesse trés agréable-Nuit supplémentaire au même tarif que la première-Parking "relativement"cher(12 euros) mais l'hôtel se trouve dans le centre prés du "centre pélerinage" avec grandes difficultés de stationnement-wi-fi parfaite dans la chambre- manque de "prise de courant" dans la salle de bain?
