We were on a family holiday to Lourdes to visit the Grotto of Lourdes. The hotel was ideally situated for visiting the grotto and for all the cafes and restaurants. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We were having a drink in the bar and were asked to leave to accommodate a group arriving. I thought this odd as we too were paying guests and would assume the bar is for all guests. This was slightly irritating as I was with my elderly parents and it was raining outside.

Public spaces very grand and comfortable. Friendly staff. A la carte restaurant amazingly good. Air conditioned rooms. Good, free WiFi. I think that bathrooms were an afterthought (hotel built 1890's). This makes the bedrooms very poky.

Slightly old fashioned charm but very modern bathroom. Very friendly and helpful bar lady. Central location but was quiet. We were charged 12 euros per night to park which I have never experienced and was wrong for a 4 star hotel. No tea and coffee making in the room otherwise very good.

The hotel was worth the price we paid, we used it as a base to watch tour de france, this is the only reason it was selected and the location. Definately not equivalent to a British 4 star hotel more a 3 star on that rating. Bit tired but clean. Good base if on a pilgrimage, parking 12 euros a night, but would not visit Lourdes if not interested in the religious aspect, over comercialised and a bit tacky, lots of beggars.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le style historique de l'hôtel, le style Napoléon iii, authentique. Nous avons regretté que les chambres soient bruyantes et trop petites.

Hotesse trés agréable-Nuit supplémentaire au même tarif que la première-Parking "relativement"cher(12 euros) mais l'hôtel se trouve dans le centre prés du "centre pélerinage" avec grandes difficultés de stationnement-wi-fi parfaite dans la chambre- manque de "prise de courant" dans la salle de bain?

j'ai reservee 4 chambres, 3 double et une single. On as occupeé que trois chambre car la copine que venez avec nous est tombé malade.Personne as nous proposee un petit rembursement pour la chambre que on avait deja payee, et en plus la pas brop charmante fille que eté al la reception le 7 octobre a 17,30 m'as pas donné la chambre de ma copine car eté reservee a un autre nom, comme cà j'a paye la chambre double et j'ai dormi' dans une petit chambre single ( 316 ).

歴史のある雰囲気の建物が素敵でした。ルルドはカトリックの街なので室内にはキリスト様がいらっしゃいまし- た。聖地に近く5～10分ところにあるのでとても便利でした。1階にゲスト用にパソコンがり調べ物もできま- した。 ＳＮＣＦの駅からは歩くと少し遠いうえ、石畳の坂道が多いのでスーツケースを運びながらたどり着くのは一苦- 労でした。バスかタクシーをオススメします。

le bar toujour ouvert le mobilier du salon bien la chambre vraiment trop petite . les toilettes dans la salle de bain que je n'aprécis pas vraiment vetuste. un exemple le papier toilette c'es un rouleau industrielle. papier inadapter très loin des toilettes des gobelet en plastique pour ce brosser les dents pas de gands de toilettes.tros couteux pour un 4 etoiles.nous avons fait des 3 étoiles beaucoup mieux.

Trattandosi di un 4 stelle ti aspetti una pulizia che sia vera e non superficiale (moquette con tracce di terra non aspirata e bagno pulito male) e la camera un po' fatiscente (avevo chiesto una matrimoniale e mi sono ritrovato una due letti che poi hanno rimediato unendoli con un lenzuolo e piumino matrimoniale). L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoro di manutenzione........
