The eagerness of the staff to make one feel at home the minute you arrived in the hotel. The nearness of the Hotel to the Grotto.The food was of the highest quailty. |

Central situation, proximity to the Sanctuary and the religious shops. It was calm as there were very few guests. The breakfast was expensive an not worth its price, very poor choice, scarcely anything for children. No child seat available, anyway we had our own one. The parking was payable extra and it was a place in a common parking place at a distance from the hotel; quite difficult parking. |

The friendliness of the staff and willing to help. The beautiful new rooms. The delicious food in dining room. The availability of many TV stations and having internet in the room. |

While in Lourdes most visitors are pilgrims to the Shrine celebrating the messages received by St. Bernadette from the Holy Mother of Jesus, Mary. This hotel is perfectly located for such a pilgrimage, and allows for maximum immersion in the experience of Lourdes. |

Just completely Renovated...Decor unique! Position in relation to the Grotto ...the best in Lourdes.... Will always use this Hotel from now on and this was MY 40th time in Lourdes but 1st in this Hotel Shower was part of the Bath and the Bath a little deep for getting in to for the "advanced in years" !!!!! |

Het hotel is mooi gerenoveerd. Het personeel zeer behulpzaam. Voor een hotel in Lourdes in deze prijsklasse is dit hotel het beste dat we ooit hebben gehad. Het is zeker aan te bevelen voor reizegers uit Azie, die gewend zijn aan comfort en luxe. De locatie is ideaal, niet ver van de grot en winkeltjes. Very nice hotel for a good price. The location is ideal, near the sanctuaries and the tourist shops. The people are very friendly. De airco stond niet aan, het kan een probleem zijn tijdens zeer warme dagen. |

La amabilidad del personal, su gran atención y simpatía. La cocina es excelente y abundante. Buena relación precio-calidad. La ubicación del hotel: muy cerca de los servicios religiosos. El minibar estaba vacío. Falta de algunos productos en el baño como pasta dental y alguna loción corporal. La bañera es demasiado alta para las personas mayores, deberían poner platos de ducha o una ducha masaje donde la gente mayor pueda sentarse mientras se lavan. |
