Grand Hôtel Moderne  

We liked the location of the hotel. The hotel was very near the entrance to the Our Lady of Lourdes Basilica. Our room also had a balcony which the kids enjoyed.

The Grand Hotel Moderne is an excellent location for visiting the religious grounds at Lourdes - just a short walk across the street to the Basilica and the Grotto. The luxury hotel is very modern with a beautiful curved staircase as well as elevator. Our room had two twin beds and a balcony that overlooked the street (126 Euros), breakfast was not included. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would enjoy staying here again.

Everything is perfect , we were happy, when we staying at this hotel, the room is quiet, clean and comfortable,all the staff are very nice and helpful.and the location is perfect, is just a step away from grotto. Make us easy to get in an out to grotto, will recommend to my friend and be our hotel for our next visit in lourdes.

Overpriced. Croissant and coffee for 14 Euros? That was all we could find in the dinning facilities for breakfast. No one was there to assist us.

I loved the location, the atmosphere was good and the staff excellent .

The staff are very warm and friendly. I like the location best. It is so near to the Sanctuary and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. The food is by far the best I have eaten in Lourdes and I have been to Lourdes perhaps six times. The bed and room is very very comfortable.

Lack of room service although advertised not available, ghost staff

Sinceramente la posizione, molto vicina ai santuari e alla vita religiosa di lourdes, la discrezione e la disponibilita del personale, parlano in italiano...

Albergo sicuramente molto antico, le comere sono molto piccole e dire che avevo una superior, con due valigie era problematico solo aprirle, la cronica mancanza del bidet...... La colazione è a pagamento e non vale certo il prezzo che costa due croissant, due pezzi di baghette e due vasetti di marmellata con burro, il caffe veniva da una macchinetta erogatrice che dava anche il cioccolato (orrendo), la cena della mezza pensione era composta (non c'era scelta) da un passato di verdura ,da un secondo (in quattro giorni due volte il coscio di pollo arrosto con patate)..due fettine di formaggio con marmellata e da un dessert. Vino della casa a parte. La pulizia della camera molto approssimativa..in quattro giorni si sono guardati bene di passare l'aspirapolvere.....spropositato il costo se a questo dobbiamo aggiungere anche il parcheggio...non un è certamente un albergo da 4 stelle.....

Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment formidable, toujours à l'écoute et prêt à vous rendre service.L'intérieur de l’hôtel est très beau et chaleureux . Nous étions accompagnés de deux personnes âgées,mais la proximité immédiate des sanctuaires nous a permis de participer sans fatigue à la plupart des cérémonies.

Personale di una cortesia disarmante, davvero gentilissimi, ubicazione molto comoda per la visita ai siti religiosi; ottima soluzione una suite dove soggiornare con tutta la famiglia ad un prezzo decisamente ragionevole

Solicitè media pension, el desayuno escaso para 14 € y la cena buena pero solo tienen un menù

Le camere molto spaziose I bagni comodi e nuovi, la posizione eccellente

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel et de la Direction. Les chambres sont confortables et très insonorisées. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers pour un prochain séjour.
