Grand Hôtel Loreamar Thalasso Spa  

The staff was superb! Location was excellent ... sea side. Spa was excellent.

The hotel was quaint and and very frilly in design. Nice design touches and good sense of history. Like going back in time with all the modern conveniences needed.

The bathroom was nice and sizable and had all the modern conveniences, but the tub was elevated and difficult to get into and out of especially if you are older. We are not, but we will be someday and when that day comes the tub wouldbe a problem.

You felt like Royalty. It was beautiful and nothing was too much trouble - even when I needed a dress ironing asap. The breakfast was a touch expensive, but delicious and eating it on the terrace overlooking the sea made it worth it.

I would have liked more literature in English in respect of the spa treatments (I get by in French but not perfect) and maybe a quick run through of what was where (eg. Dining room, treatment centre) and where and how to organize treatments.

We arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in and they quickly prepared our room ready for us. We were met by a top class concierge on the road outside the hotel who parked our car and collected our bags. It is an elegant luxurious hotel without the rude self important staff that you often get at such hotels. The meal on the terrrace whilst watching the sun go down over the sea was a real hightlight of our honeymoon.

The drinks on the terrace are eye wateringly expensive though the view you are paying for is second to none.

We liked the location and decor in the hotel the most. Even the streetside rooms were quiet.

We thought the evening meal, though of good quality was a bit too fancy for our liking with rather too many staff involved serving it.

Front desk was very helpful. Room was amazingly quiet considering it's location and set up with extras.

Parking charges and errors on our bill, but these were quickly remedied

Superbe emplacement, trés bon accueil, hôtel ou l'on se sent bien, il n'est pas trop grand, le personnel vous connait de suite. Superbe destination pour un WE. Le SPA est magnifique.Bar très sympathique. Restaurant avec une superbe vue et ou l'on mange très bien. Nous y retournerons....

Les salle de bain sont à rénover.
