The staff were very helpful and our stay was enjoyable, however the rooms were not serviced in a timely manner nor were beds turned-down every night. I would have expected a bit more in this level of hotel. |

I wanted to do something special for my 60th Birthday and wanted The Height of Luxury, this Hotel certainly provided it. On arrival we were met by The Manager and then shown to our room which was first class with a splendid Sea view. On the night of my Birthday I and my wife were given a complementary Large Cognac each. The Spar looked superb, although we didn't use it. Breakfast price far too high at 29 Euros per person, it was a very light weight Continental. I mentioned this on checking out as it is automatically charged to your bill on checkout and you have to ask for it to be removed! This was not a problem but watch out for the charge. When I mentioned on check out that I thought the Breakfast price was rather high, they were surprised. |

The very helpful attentive staff ,nothing was too much trouble. The room was very well furnished and attractively decorated and the hotel itself was first class. The prices in the minibar! 7€ for a can of coke |

The Spa was fantastic....and the location right on the beach was just what we wanted. The breakfast price was 30 Euros each a little high perhaps....and the bar prices were expensive. |

La qualité du service et l'amabilité du personnel. La qualité du restaurant. Le SPA devrait être compris dans le prix de la chambre. Etre obligé de payer 30€ par personne pour avoir l'accès à la piscine chaque jour, c'est un peu cher. Dommage car avons choisi cet hôtel en priorité pour le SPA et n'avons pas pu en profiter. Pas très bien expliqué dans la description par booking. |

Tres bon accueil, personnel disponible Nous avons choisis cet hotel pour nos 30 ans de mariage , nous n'avons eu aucune attention speciale , meme pas une coupe de champagne à notre arrivée ( alors que certains hotels haut de gamme proposent pour ces evenements un surclassement en suite et une bouteille de champagne à l'arrivée).nous avons trouvé la chambre trop petite et avons eu un lit en 140 , pas de balcon ,.Nous avons payé tres cher pour un hotel de cette categorie . |

Très joli décor, loin des 4 étoiles au design identique et triste. Idéalement placé à Saint-Jean, vue sur mer fantastique, comme si on dormait dans un cocon posé sur la plage, s'endormant au rythme des vagues. |

La chambre, la literie et les produits d'accueil contribuent à une sensation générale de grande qualité de l'hôtel. Buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel. Manager verwelkomt de gasten en neemt ook weer afscheid bij vertrek. Hotel staat op 'n prachtige plek. Ontbijt of dinee met uitzicht over de oceaan. Adembenemend!! Het ontbijt is voor 30 euro zéér mager, om niet te zeggen zwaar onvoldoende in vrijwel alle opzichten. Ook het dinee is zeker niet in verhouding tot de prijs. Kamer was erg klein voor de prijs 215.- euro. |
