Clean and firendly Messed up our booking, asked for twin beds - non smoking, offered double bed smoking. They did change the room. Food was very expensive so ate outside hotel. Shame as we like to use the hotels facilities |

It is the first time I have stayed at a hotel anywhere in the world and the description of the hotel and facilities have been accurate. A very enjoyable stay and the food was excellent. |

Despite reception confirming our requirement for a non smoking room when we arrived we were subsequently sent to a smoking room a long way from reception and had to retrace our steps. There was not the least suggestion of appology for the inconvience this had caused us. I would have expected a more attentive approach from a hotel of this caliber |

We only stayed one night however the hotel building, an old abbey is amazing and rooms and staff to a very high standard. Great Deal thanks! |

Very nice hotel with unique dining & breakfast facility. Diner is very expensive and there are plenty of nice restaurants in walkng distance. |

Bel hôtel, accueil agréable. Chambre pas très propre au niveau sanitaire. Odeur dans les WC. Pour ma chambre : obligation de passer par 2 ascenseurs, bruit sourd faisant vibrer les murs. Pas très dérangeant... Mais pour le prix on s'attend à mieux. |

niet verwacht dat deze keten een dergelijk hotel in zijn assortiment had.Het was enigszins verrassent. Asperges- schotels klaarmaken is geen verademing.Hard,en gebakken,eigenlijk niet te eten. |
