It is very cosy and excellent value for money. The Hotel itself it is beautiful, outstanding interiors. The sound of the water from the central heating constantly running all through the night (and day) was unberable but it just needs to be adjusted. |

The art deco style of the hotel is beautifully visible in the restaurant - it is worth a visit just for that. The room we had was at a low internet rate so we weren't surprised to be in the attic in a tiny room with little windows and a view of the marble bathroom. The hotel is very handy to transport - easy access to airport, and to old Lyon. It has seen better days, but is still good value. |

The general ambience of the hotel, its architecture and interior decor (1900s), and its central location. We also benefited from an advantageous special rate on the room. The only unpleasant feature of the hotel is that it now has a truly banal 1970s commercial centre/bus station in front of it. |

Room was very good, staff very helpfull difficult to drive to, you can see the hotel but with the road layout it took a number of loops to get to the hotel |

Good position (didn't hear the trains at all), parking in front of the hotel, big room, helpful staff difficult approach by car (big and complicated crossroad for first time visitors) |

Well-equipped bathroom, reasonable mini-bar and duvet rather than blanket. Location was unattractive and too close to a peripheral station increasing travel time. Also difficult to be sure how to get to the actual hotel meaning we had to walk with bags across busy roads and through underpasses. |

The beds and the excellent room, the air conditioing worked really well and the general layout was excellent.Lots of room in the actual hotel. Transferring the bags from lobby to the outside entrance to the garage, but there were staff available to help if needed. |

We were upgraded and had an excellent room for a small price compared to the actual room rate. Very comfortable, attention to detail. Was great to have tea/coffee making facilities as this is not as common in Europe as it is in Australia. Breakfast was also excellent. |
