I found the location to be excellent, and the hotel to be pleasant enough although a little expensive. That said, I would return. I did not like the fact that the A/C was turned off because it was October, even though it was 25 degrees outside. The hotel's sloution of leaving the windows open made it no cooler, just invited the mosquitos in. |

The hotel was comfortable, staff lovely and teh breakfast excellent. SOme reviews were very poor which made us query whetehr we had done the right thing - but the reviews were very wrong. \It was a most enjoyable stay. |

Very central, easy access the main areas, plenty of eating places within walking distance, short walk to the trams to go any longer distances, area was quiet and safe, buffet breakfast was good, a 5-10 minute taxi ride from the train station. |

central location, comfortable hotel, friendly staff, espacialy the elder lady in the breakfast room, buffet breakfast, a/c working as it should without becoming noisy, coffee&tee facilities in the room, refurbished room, price/quality was superb the corridors require refurbishment, taking a shower means water all over the bathroom place (why not take the bath out and have it replaced bya proper and closed shower?), not much space for your luggage when travelling with two |

The staff were English speaking and were most couteous and helpful.The room was very clean and well presented and the the beds were most comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Nantes. I had difficulty in working the air conditioning and the room was very hot at times. |

Central location, ideal for shopping, visiting the castle. Cleanliness of the room, very helpful staff. Road access to the hotel is very diffiucult, especially on Saturdays when the roads are closed to traffic. |

The hotel was perfectly situated, couldn't have picked a better location, convenient particularly for tram lines & bus use. Beside the place Royal, wonderful restaurants close by in abundance. Would definitely stay here again. I viewed my friends room before checking into my own to discover that my friends room had a balcony, whereas I only had a window. Although the room size was the same, the balcony made a huge difference & when I requested a similar one I was changed immediately. |

friendly, welcoming staff, always at your service. Situated central to shops and amenities in Nanetes town. Old, stained musty smelling carpets in need of urgent change. No kettle in room and no shower curtains. |

La buena ubicacion del hotel, muy centrico Me pusieron pegas, porque la tarjeta con la que había hecho la reserva tenia diferente numeración que la que le facilité para abonar la cuenta,el cambio de tarjeta fue motivado porque el banco me la cambió en ese espacio de tiempo, me comentaron que al ser diferente que no me podían mantener el precio de la reserva. Creo que esto no es así, quisiera que me lo aclarasen para otras ocasiones. Posteriormente, como haciendome un favor me mantuvieron el importe pactado.....logi-camente no lo hubiera admitido de otra forma. Yo he reservado con Vds.varias veces con una tarjeta y posteriormente pagar con otra, no entiendo la postura de ese hotel, sería bueno que lo comentarían con esa cadena |

situation idéale en centre ville. très bruyant coté rue ( mauvaise insonorisation)- hotel vieillot; moquette décollée-robinetterie usagée-wc et evier avec problème d écoulement-pas de rideau de douche-pas de restauration-hotel indigne d'un 4 étoiles, équivaut à un 2 étoiles. |
