Breakfast was fine, reception people were especially helpful. Forgot items in my room and they were handed in and returned to me with no trouble. Pity hotel still undergoing renovations

That it was possible to stand for three nights. Personnel not very service-minded. Bad breakfast. Poor Wi-Fi service. Small rooms. Not having the balcony stated at their web-site.

In het hotel momenteel renovatiewerkzaamheden. Totaal geen last van gehad. Heel vriendelijk personeel en een fantastisch ontbijt (nu is € 18,-- ook niet erg goedkoop voor een ontbijt) De bereikbaarheid met de auto is wat lastig. Er had best wat meer uitleg/info mogen zijn over die bereikbaarheid (gelegen in voetgangersgebied, om hotel te bereiken moet je een code hebben die je krijgt in het hotel! Eerst even bellen?). Een goede routebeschrijving had niet misstaan.

J'y ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l'accueil, en toutes heures, ainsi que le confort des chambres. Il n'y a rien de spécifique à signaler.

Hôtel bien situé. Petit déjeuné sympa. Personnel très agréable. Hôtel bien situé.....personnel agréable...MAIS Quel bazar pour y arriver.........situé dans un secteur piéton.....il vous faudra beaucoup de patience afin d'y arriver......c'est à vous dégouter d'y aller....Bien demander lors de votre réservation le "mode d'emploi" sinon.....dur dur..

Hotel bien situé dans le centre de Nantes à quelques pas de la place Royale. Chambre spacieuse, moderne, design car l'hotel a fait l'objet de travaux. wifi gratuit et débit correct.
