Hotel Sophia Country Club  

The hotel in general is clean and tidy and with lots of space. The restaurant is good, served some amazing food. I had lunch and two dinners there. The sea bream dish was superb. The staffs were attentive and professional.

The hotel staff appeared attentive, however have made several non trivial mistakes without appologising. I hope that this doesn't mean they will not be careful next time and will affect the next customer in the same ways. 1) The hotel staff recommended Valbonne village for dinner, saying that it is easy to get a taxi back to hotel being not far away and quoted me the fare. I went there by bus, and was trying to leave the restaurant at 11:30pm. However, the lady owner of the restaurant failed to find any taxis that would take me back to hotel (She tried 5 different taxi companies). Waited until the shop shut and she was kind enough to send me back! I am very grateful for that. I did call the hotel to ask if they could call me a taxi, the answer is no taxi, didn't offer help / extra effort despite their wrong advice, very bad. 2) I requested front desk to book a taxi from hotel to Nice airport for me about 5 days in advance.She wrote it in a wrong book and didn't arrange the booking for me. Upon check out, I asked the front desk if he could check that my taxi has been booked and will be arriving shortly. He said it will be okay, just sit and wait. In the end, the taxi didn't turn up and I found out the before mentioned mistake. I was 30 mins late to the airport, however, lucky enough not to miss the flight.

Good attention at the restaurant always giving options to have customer satisfied. Kindness of reception staff. Magnificent room, very silent and confortable. Full equiped bathroom with bath and shower.

I expected in-door swimming pool and fresh fruit in breakfast. Shower was a bit over used.

Reception staff very helpful, room comfortable, lovely balcony views, quality of the food good however expensive compared to restaurants within the area

Parking complet tous les soirs, personnel du restaurant non professionnel et peu aimable (exemple: demande de pain, jamais servi).

très bruillant à cause des travaux en cours - à éviter jusqu'à fin avril date théorique de fin des travaux.

le hall d'entré est plutot luxueus , le lit de la chambre est tres confortable , et la navette de transport etait tres bien anssi que son chauffeur

la baignoir etait tres useé donc ne fait pas tres cleen et le hammam ne fonctionne pas je suis decus car j'avais choisit cet hotel par apport au hammam . Gros mecontentement quand je suis arrivée en maillot de bain et qu'il etait hs ! le personnel de l'hotel na fait aucun geste commercial malgres ma reclamation .

Le sauna.

Le froid dans l'hôtel même si la chambre était bien chauffée. L'aspect défraîchi des salles. Le hammam était en panne... L'erreur d'attribution de la chambre : standard au lieu de supérieure !

Een prima hotel met prima faciliteiten voor tennis en golf. De beide zwembaden zijn voor de ontspanning, maar zijn prima. Lokatie kan geschikt zijn voor werk; het ligt midden op een terrein met kantoren, conferentie-ruimtes, en universiteit. Cannes en Antibes zijn zeer dichtbij. Het nabijgelegen dorpje Biot is schattig.

onderhoud zou wat beter kunnen. Bijvoorbeeld vervangen van de versleten deurmat.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit Kühlschrank, Flachbildfernseher, Kaffeekocher, Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Hervor zu heben ist die gute Qualität der Betten. Badezimmer mit Accessoires war in Ordnung. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Kostenloses Wifi, hat super funktioniert. Möglichkeit zum Kaffee oder Tee kochen.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bodenbeläge in den Fluren sind sehr unansehnlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet für € 19,00 überteuert und € 7,00 für das Expressfrühstück, heißt Kaffee und Croissant ist auch heftig. Nur 1 deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Es waren nur 2 Portionen Milch im Kühlschrank. Wir waren 4 Nächte da, Milch wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Le samedi soir nous n'avons pas pu dormir car il y avait une soirée de mariage qui se déroulait sous notre chambre. A quatre heure du matin dimanche nous avons eu droit au rangement donc beaucoup de nuisances.Ensuite lorsque une chambre se ferme nous entendions le bruit de la porte qui claque, ce n'est vraiment pas terrible pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. J'ai fait une réclamation surtout que nous sommes resté 3 nuits mais sans réponse.

La salle de bain mériterait un effort (trace noire d'humidité sur les faïences) le nettoyage et superficiel (taches de café non nettoyées) En fait il manque un œil critique sur l’entretien général intérieur et extérieur
