La situación del hotel , muy centrico.

La habitacion un poco pequeña. El mobiliario un poco antiguo.

La localización estupenda

No tiene cortinas en la ducha, y esto hace dificil no encharcar el baño.

Location in the city center. It takes 15 minutes to get bus station to the next direction to Aix on Provence TGV train station. 7 minutes from SNCF train station. Very nice and pretty city. We walked by fountain tour which was written in the information of city map. Try it and you will like it.

First day we arrived the lady on the reception was not very pleasant with us. But lately there was no problems.

Location had there not been a cultural festival

We could not get in to the hotel as thee was a cultural festival. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful in assisting with maps and navigating out of the old city when all the traffic bollards where in place. We had no card to activate the bollards, were told by staff to turn left and be on our way when clearly we were not able to get out of the old city because of the festival. A nightmare of a stay and took us 11/2 hours to move in a 10 km radius.The restaurants were a rip off charging 22Euro for a piece of steak that was all fat and grizzle. Stay away from this city

Morning staff was adequate.

The "one room left" note on the Booking.com site was (as it turned out) the most expensive room in the hotel, which was half-empty. The rack rate for "my" room was €145, you got it for me for €135, but most (empty) rooms were less than €100. check-in the previous night was an old geezer who could help with some simple local transport questions It is not a "Grand Hotel" except in age.

Location was great!!!!!!! Right in the middle of old town, christmas market and on the edge of the maze of old town streets People were lovely! Helpful! Funny! Cute hotel. Generous space in rooms. Nice view!

Little more elbow grease in cleaning toiliets! A little updating in the upstair area! Pictures of upstairs did not look like our room.

Very good location. Room were small but comfortable. Bathroom was big but with small shower cubicle, but for me it was not the problem as i am small person. The room was cleaned every day.

Couldn't say smth bad because we had exactly what we need: bed and hot water for shower))))

Location - it is the most central hotel in all the city! There is a lift and 24h reception. The bathroom is big and there is a bidet. Free Wi-Fi in the room.

There is no enough day light in the room as the window is extremely small. And there is not enough lamps etc., it is not suitable to work in the room (read, write, work on computer). Sound isolation is so-so - you hear your neighbours snoring or flushing the toilets (and all other water passing). Computer downstairs is a Mac and Internet was not working during all my 4-day stay.

The location could not be better. We chose the Deluxe room was which sweet and cosy. I would definitely urge guests to ask for a high level room facing the Cours Mirabeau.

The service was 'comme ci, comme ca'. The hotel was run down, poor noise insulation and the bathroom was very old, small and in need of maintenance. I regretted having breakfast there, it was not at all worth it and the cafes all around are superb and of course, cheaper.

A lovely grand bedroom, both in the sense of big but also imposing. A television which actually worked. A very comfortable bed. Wonderful bathroom.

A bit noisy because on the Cours Mirabeau but there was double glazing and I always take my earplugs with me anyway on these trips just in case! Beware getting mixed up with the gare TGV and the gare SNCF, which I did. It is NOT the gare TGV which is a ten minute walk away from the hotel, it is the other one.

This was a return visit for us at this hotel. We like the secured parking and convenience to a great area for shopping, walking, safety, restaurants (with varieties of menus), ease of reaching and exiting.

The woman who checked us in was fluent in English and very helpful. However, the gentlemen who were on subsequent shifts spoke and understood not a word of English and made no efforts to communicate. They were actually rude and I was attempting to speak to them in French (limited as it is!). It was easier for them to brush me off than to try. Not sure we'd stay again and would describe pros and cons to anyone looking for accommodations in Aix-en-Provence!

Wonderful old building centrally located on Cours Mirabeau. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a room next to some noisy guests and the staff were quick to assign us another room

This hotel is well located on the Main Street of the old town of Aix. On the Thursday morning the street was closed to traffic for the weekly clothing and textile market.

Getting there was the worst thing about this hotel. Aix is a rabbit warren of narrow, one way "streets", some with retractable bollards preventing access, which the GPS didn't know about, so one wrong turn at the round about, 100 metres from the hotel, led to 45 minutes of frustration. The hotel is a bit like the town itself, "tired" and in need of some renovation.
