We appreciated the hospitality politeness and disponibility of the stuff, a wonderfull location of the hotel in the heart of the downtown and, of course, the town itself full of dignity, peculiarity, history and colors! We are aware we were lucky to stay in Arles on the 1st of May but we acknowledge that was our plan for the trip. May be the first breakfast should offer much more in order to be up to the charm of the place and to correspond to the declared 4stars category of the hotel. |

The location was good. The bathroom was great (nice bath). Breakfast was good, but too few croissants. The restaurant was closed, there was no mini-bar and no room service. The beds were not very comfortable. |

A very nice family-style place. Among other hotels in this small city probably the best one. And it's facing the famos VanGogh cafe right in the city-center. Do not have any expectations of huge 4-star hotels in the capitals - after all it's a medieval town and so is everything in it. |

Nord-Pinus must be one of the nicest hotels that our family has ever stayed in. Everything about it whispers refined taste, from the decor to service. We stayed in suite 11 and it made our rainy weekend stay (yes, it does rain in Arles!) so much more pleasurable. We could just open the windows and the balcony and enjoy the views. Hotel restaurant food was also excellent. It would be nice for the hotel to provide some sort of an in-house brochure on area recommendations. wifi also didn't seem to work in our room. |

tres belles affiches anciennes de corrida, decors très authentique. chambres mal insonorisees vis a vis de l' exterieur, avec equipement rudimentaire au rapport du prix. |

L'atmosfera di questo hotel, inserito in una Arles splendido esempio di città franco romana con le connotazioni proprie della regione della Camargue, ti fa pensare che il mondo rutilante di oggi sia solo uno spettacolo televisivo. Molto charmant. va bene così |

El personal es excelente, y el carisma y la bohemia del hotel excelente. Mejor servicio en las habitaciones, como por ejemplo servicio de zapatillas y albornoz, por la categoria de la habitacion y elementos de higiene personal. |
