Very convenient location - in the heart of Arles. Staff were very helpful.
Can be a bit noisy at night but a small price to pay for location.
The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The bathroom was first class.
It would have been good to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.
We liked everything! but particularly sipping kir royal on the terrace with tapenade and crostini in the evening. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely go back again.
My only criticism is that I would have liked a feather pillow.
Great central location, hotel with style, very friendly reception staff (day and night)
Lovingly restored and gorgeously appointed. Hang out where Yves Montand, Ingrid Bergman and Simond Signoret rubbed shoulders with matador royalty. The staff was delightful, breakfast was perfect and the location is right in the middle of the most beautiful town in Provence
The bed was amazing.....had a great nights sleep. It was a small but very comfortable room. Good quality products, and friendly staff. On arriving too early, offered a glass of champagne.
The staff was so nice and extremely helpful. My children loved the rooms.
Gorgeous hotel with impeccable style...however....see the below caveat
I don't normally rant but....The first time I stayed here the front desk attendant was haughty-like some French schoolmarm and the owner was more distracted with her cigarette than providing a warm welcome (that part has not changed). Thankfully the desk has warmed up considerably. Breakfast while elegant is ridiculously priced. Hotel feels abandoned (2nd visit different time if the season same story) Public rooms, dining, shop, bar were empty and unstaffed. It simply had no life in the beautiful rooms. The food in the hotel while pricey relative to its neighbors is excellent...yet the service staff for dining was absolutely one of the worst I have ever encountered...curt...unprofessional...inept...not accommodating, glacially slow. We were first refused a table for dinner on the hotel terrace where we were already seated and settled for drinks and then ungraciously schlepped to the square only to be largely ignored, glasses empty, our orders coming out in random order at random times...this experience was a huge spoiler...I Have also stayed at the sister hotel in Tangier and experienced nothing like this.
central location, walking distance to all the sights and the wonderful farm/textile market very friendly, helpful staff very nice bathroom
a bit noisy due to location on the square
The location is wonderful. The outside is the Von goh cafe.
The room is a little bit small.
chic hotel. loved the lobby and dining room, loved our room.
The woman behind the desk yelled at me when we arrived because we didn't advise them that we had a car that needed a parking facility. This was clearly my mistake which I apologized for, because the confirmation clearly stated that you need to advise the hotel ahead of time about cars. However, I felt like I was being scolded by my mother! or worse a school teacher! Who needs that? I apologized for my error but she didn't want to let it go. Eventually she calmed down and we moved on.
Great location - helpful staff
Gin and tonic on our own private terrace overlooking the roofs fantastic!
Nothing it was all good!
The hotel is well maintained and in a good location. The interior evokes the hotel's past glories even if the decoration is rather obvious and a cheap modern interpretation of the local bull fighting heritage
Too often regional hotels like the Nord Pinus close their restaurant and bar facilities for one or two days per week. This is usually unannounced in the promotional literature and leaves the guests scrambling for a meal if they are not familiar with the region and it's accommodation conventions. It is over priced not to be offering 7 days a week full service.
The staff (Emmanuelle) was wonderful with directions, booking suppers, etc. The room was comfortable (wish we had the Bullfighters Room) and the lobby is quaint.
the rooms are a little dark
Very friendly and helpful staff. Homely atmosphere. Excellent location.
Room was a bit small. Not 4 star status.
Cozy, vintage. Great location, great value of money
Young staffs are really nice, the old lady is giving a lil bit french attitudes.
friendly staff, tasteful interieure, very central location
breakfast for € 16,50 is just too expensive; like the room (double) for € 180,00 per night.
