The hotel was adequate to meet our needs. Good selection of food available in the evening and staff provided friendly service. Most staff spoke good english. Breakfast was quite basic but meet our needs could be improved |

Covieniently located for the town centre and the railway station. Almost free public carparking right outside the hotel(free from 7pm untill 9am).Good, clean rooms and services,perfectly adequate for a 1/2 night stay.A very good breakfast offered. |

convenient, central location. Hotel reception staff spoke good English. The decor did not appeal to us as it was dark and heavy. We did not care for Stag's heads on the wall and hunting theme, but that is just a personal preference. |

Since we used the hotel one night only we wanted one that was clean, cheap comfortable and easy to get to. We got all of this. |

This hotel was sadly lacking in comfort. The rooms smelt very badly of drains and the beds were uncomfortable. The reception staff in the morning were very unhelpful. The dinner was very good however. . We shall not be going back there. |

The service att he Hotel Terminus Reine is always good, and their manin restaurant has the best service I have received in a French hotel unfortunately, it was shut on 2nd January, despite your assurance that it would be open. |

La possibilite de pouvoir choisir le type de restaurant en fonction de son humeur du moment ! Il s'agit d'un detail - chambre 4 : le porte serviette dans la salle de bain face a la douche prend un peu de place et il serait preferable de le placer plus vers le fond de la piece ou bien d'avoir un radiateur plat porte serviette |

J'aurai pu demander le changement de chambre car je ne pense pas que l'hôtel était complet mais la personne à la réception (une femme) m'avait l'air tellement peu aimable... |

Le restaurant et le service sont excellent . Sa situation face à la gare est très commode. la douche, la robinetterie, le mitigeur , ne sont pas aux standards de qualité actuels. L'écran de la télévision est beaucoup trop petit |
