Restaurant very good value for money, good food and good service

Rooms very spartan, noisy from the street and beds too hard.

Very convenient location; good for an overnight stay whilst travelling through France. Excellent Pizzeria. Have been staying here for years whilst en route.

Central location

This hotel decor was very tired and bedrooms were very basic. The public areas and bedrooms are in desperate need of up-dating, as there were plenty of very strong colours and animal head trophies on the walls!!! The breakfast was very poor for the € 9 charged, for this charge we would expect a much better offering. Breakfast room furniture was like a poor factory canteen. Sorry but that is our honest opinion.

When travelling across France we decided to stay here as it suited our itinerary for one night. The hotel is easy to find although we didn't go out of the hotel after our arrival. There is a private garage at the back of the hotel for which there was a small charge but extremely useful if you have to leave suitcases etc. in the car overnight. Easy access onto motorway. There are two (perhaps 3 at some times of the year) to choose from. One quite expensive but downstairs there is a thriving economical restaurant where we enjoyed a good meal of pizza and other italian dishes. Excellent service although we did have to wait for quite a long time but so much going on around you that we were never bored. Good family restaurant but it gets very busy at night.

There was only one problem and that was not the fault of the hotel. There is major roadworks etc. going on immediately around the hotel and station area and it is a little difficult to find the right approach to the hotel because some roads have been cordoned off. It appears that this work will remain for a few months.

Helpful and very friendly on arrival. Clean bedroom. Exceptinal dinner and service in the main dining room. Availability of undercover parking.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good. The location was close to the city center.

The beds were horrible. Both single beds in my room were very old and dipped in the middle so much that I found sleeping difficult and my back hurt. Also it was no fault of the hotel but the city was doing construction right outside my room window that was exceptionally loud and continued at times through the night. The price should have been reduced to make up for this.

their brasserie restaurant was excellent. Theri formal dining room looked wanderful but we didnt use it.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of town very convient for the the railway station. The reception staff were very helpful .

The location is poor (close to the station). Extensive roadworks did not help either.

It's in just the right place for an overnight stop to the south of France and makes us feel welcome and comfortable.

Comfortable, nice restaurant and bar.

I was, travelling alone, probably given the worst room of the hotel; kitchen noises from downstairs preventet me from sleeping till 23 hours, my window couldn't been kept open because of the kitchen ventilator just beside.

Pizzeria , slechter kan bijna niet . Spaghetti carbonara met volledig geschifte saus . En slechte service

L'accueil par le personnel, décoration de la salle à manger et du hall d'entrée. Petit déjeuner, le restaurant Pizza. Chambre spacieuse.

Le bruit, chambre donnant sur la gare, douche exigu.

L'emplacement, la qualité du service, la propreté, une authenticité loin des grandes chaînes d'hôtel

La fenêtre n'est pas un vrai double-vitrage ce qui ne préserve pas assez du bruit provenant de la rue

Le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas à l'attendu. Pour le prix de la chambre, on s'attend à une prestation de qualité mais celle-ci n'est pas au rendez vous. (Literie déplorable, tête de lit non fixée, chambre minuscule, poussière etc...)

Repos confortable

Wc non confortables, trop près du mur proximité des travaux pas de prises de courant pour brancher les appareils electroniques

facile à trouver

pas de sa faute, mais beaucoup de travaux autour de l'hotel

Ayant de la famille en Hte Marne, c'est assez pratique d'être sur place et près du centre ville

la déco un peu vieillotte

lumière dans les couloirs insuffisantes, voires dangereuses!

le personnel tres pro...

le petit dejeuner hors de prix pour la tres faible qualité des produits...

très bruyant la nuit (déchargement camion à 4h00 du matin!!!)
