Best Western Grand Hotel Bellevue - Grand Place  

Excellent location and good value for a weekend break.

Location !!!

A large and comfortable room in an attractive hotel with friendly staff. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendation offered at the front desk. Street parking was easy over the weekend. The location could not be better, everything in Lille is within walking distance.

In the middle of the city center very close to grande place (my room had a wiev over it)

By mistake they charged me for 2 breakfasts a day (had a double room for single use)

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good size bathroom

The location couldn't have been better. The breakfast was incredible - really great value for money. The bed was very comfortable and with tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge, everything was catered for.

I truly hate when you spend a bit of money on a nice hotel and they scrimp on the bathroom toiletries supplied. Having a bottle of Handwash fixed to the wall and a one for all shower/shampoo bottle screwed to the shower lefts the whole luxurious experience of the hotel down.

Terrific location but unfortunately the hotel does not offer parking. Reception staff at the hotel were exceptional and helpful in terms of offering recommendations for dinner and activities during our stay.

The hotel is a little tired and dated. It appears they have undertaken some renovations in the rooms, but may do with some more.

Good location, nice breakfast, late check-out :-) Nearby city centre and the Top resto's

It's location in the centre of Lille is unbeatable . No hotel car park but there are at least 3 multi - storey car parks very close by and the rates per 24 hours are quite reasonable . We used Printemps and 24 hours cost 13.60 euros

No hotel bar or restaurant . Breakfast is available but only to be served in the room , I suspect 13 euros for it will be excessive !

The kind reception and the good information of the staff, the privilege room is quite big and the beds are very confortable, breakfast was very good and the central situation of the hotel is ideal for visiting the old citycenter of Lille.

Location for the old town and both designer and high street shopping - excellent. Close by to restaurants. Paying a little extra for a view of the Grand Place was worth it. Staff were accommodating.

Room smelt of cigarettes even though the room was a non smoking room - however the hotel put this right whilst we were out at dinner. Hotel should introduce fines if people do not comply with regulations.
