Best Western Grand Hotel Bellevue - Grand Place features 60 comfortable and bright rooms decorated with light colours and antiques, and elegant and comfortable marble bathrooms.
All the rooms offer sweeping views overlooking the city of Lille, La Grand' Place, the old Stock Exchange, Opera and Belfry.

Area information

Lille has the second biggest museum of France after the Louvre. With the Palace for Fine Arts, reopened after an important renovation, exceptionnel paintings can be shown in the new exposition room of 22000 m². An adjusted underground space also exhibits 15 reliefmaps of north Eruopean cities.

The museum of Natural History exhibits its rich collections of thousands of birds and mammals.

L'Hospice Comtesse, founded by Jeanne de Flandre in 1237. We amaze ourselves over the estate of Flanders and the excellent collection of musical instruments. The chapel and the sickwards are also worth a detour.

"Le petit Lillois de Paris", the birthhouse of General de Gaulle, shows his life. With the many exhibited objects, are his christening-robe and his car (a DS Citoen) with trace of bullets of the petit Clamart attack.

Lille Grand Palais, "nouveau morceau de ville" of 70 acres, consists of 3 types of activities: professional exhibitions - congresses - spectacles.

This hotel is ideally located within the centre of Grand Palace, your in the heart of Lille and everything is within walking distance, from the train station to the market. Having this hotel being so centrally located helped us wonder off to the outskirts of Lille, as we knew there where sign post for the Grand Palace.

The bed, but that’s down to personnel preferences.

It is an excellent location in Lille near to metro station and in
the centre.

Room could do with decorating but it was very clean and the
sheets spotless

The rooms were a nice size and the furiture was a little different in each room. The bathrooms are all newly remodeled.

The room was moldy smelling. You can't actually go out on your balcony in a balcony room because it only extends 1 foot out the door.

The location of this hotel was perfect -- right in the center so easy access to monuments and local restaurants/bars. Breakfast was awesome and nice sheets! Rooms was well decorated and pretty quite.

Even the hotel was nice, we thought it was a bit pricy for Lille.

The location is very nice, right at the main square. The view of the square is marvellous (but not every room has this view). The room is spacious, has high ceilings, decorated nicely, and is clean. The bathroom offers a lot of room, and is quite modern. Good showers. The hotel is situated in an old (apartment?) building, and that offers a lot of charme.

The air conditioning was insufficient. We stayed there during some warm days in May, and even with the airco running at max for 24 hours doesn't bring the room temperature down.
