Nice room, good restaurants, friendly staff. A little far from the city center, but that's not a big problem. |

nice room air conditioning unit made loud banging noises all night long. We had the night manager come up and he mentioned that this was a problem there. We got no sleep for 2 nights with the noises, and it was too hot to have it off. It sounded like construction was going on above us!!! |

the design of the room and the huge bed, as well as the excellent friendly welcome from the staff, which you do not often find in France the air conditioning was too cold and difficult to adjust |

We where visiting Little Venice - beautiful!! I went to Riquewihr by bus, and from there to Ribeauville. There I had to return with the same bus because they had stopped some routes because of school holiday. And - I visited Kaysersberg - where I at last, had to take a taxi to Colmar together with a Japanese couple. We waited more than an hour for 2 buses that were marked in the bustable. My husbond were in Ungersheim in the folkmuseum. I liked the hotel :-) But - as with the villages, there were no buses in the evening that could take us home from the centre of the town. The buses were stopped in the evenings, also because of the holiday? .It was to long distance for me to walk. |

Very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms a bit outside the city center but just upon the other side of the railway station. The staff is very friendly and understand both English and German. We did not try the restaurants but one of them is Michelin approved. Compared to Danish prices you can enjoy a good meal for a fair price. No comments to improvements. For a 3 star hotel this is very good. |

Convenient to Colmar train station and a relatively short walk (10 mins) to the city center. The rooms have a wider array of amenities than most European hotels. Their are also two (one expensive) restaurants in the hotel. Not many other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are not air conditioned, which in the summer, if you are facing the train/bus station, means that the Colmar commuters provide your walk up call at 6 30 - 7 00 (especially the bus brakes). |

The location of the Hotel directly opposite Railway station and short walking distance to the city centre. The overall appearance of Hotel was good with good staff. When we arrived and checked in and allocated our room. We were quite surprized that the room was not made up. After discussing the problem with the Manager we were very promptly moved to another room but we felt that they did not believe we did not mess the room up ourselves. |

The room was clean. The buffet breakfast was good. The staff was also good, that of which we met. Because of the noise from the trainstation and the restaurants outside directly under our room, we wanted to close the balcony doors. However, there was absolutely no air circulation. The room was stuffy and very uncomfortable. Perhaps it was a little better with the balcony doors open but then it was too noisy to sleep comfortably. Even an electric fan in the room would have helped |

The layout for a triple and also the bathroom. The hotel is very impersonal and not at all convenient to the main part of Colmar. It's not that there's anything really wrong, it's just not right. Hard to put my finger on it. |

The wellness room is much too small with only two chairs to relax in after a sauna!!!!! Children were allowed in the wellness area and they were running around making a noise. Very bad. The room was freezing when we arrived and the windows do not close properly so with the cold weather we had, we were not very impressed. |

Location in Colmar, atmosphere of the old part of hotel, breakfast. Small maze between old and new building, garage could be cheaper... |

The gastronomic restaurant had good food and nice staff. Narrow and uncomfortable beds, high level of noise, the traditional Alsacian restaurant had bad food and high pricing |
