Across from the train station. Staff were nice and helpful. Easy walking distance to sites in Colmar. The room was quite nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was surprisingly quiet being so close to the train station.
The bed was not comfortable.
Only drawback was distance from main shops & restaurants, but not really a significant issue if you're ok walking a bit.
The staff are very friendly and helpful with good english. The beds are very comfortable. The scenery is beautiful. One of the restaurants thats next door to the hotel is quite nice including breakfast. I recommend anyone to come to this hotel. I enjoyed my stay.
Just few steps out of the train station, it was very convenient.. Hotel was clean, friendly staff.. Our rate included breakfast, which was excellent! We had a nice stay here
Nice room with balcony.
Poor wifi, some noise from station as room overlooked it. Buses rather than trains making the noise. Car park has steep drop if you have a low sitting car so clearance is very tight.
Good location. 10 minutes walk from the center. Room is large and comfortable.
No hotel parking. Needed to park in the train station parking lot, less the 5 minute walk but with your bags....
The hotel location was good albeit a brisk walk from the centre of Historic Colmar.
The parking was not easy around the hotel.
Everything was fine.
Cannot find any. Just a note - we made a reservation a couple of days before our tip and the price was 40% less than the initial one. We found it a good deal. If it had been w/o discount, we would not have reserved the hotel.
Nice hotel, nice facilities, kind staff
a bit of a walk to the city
Everything - fantastic room, helpful staff ,convenient location - in front of the train station and at walking distance to Petit Venice and the city center. Definitely a great choice in Colmar!
The hotel is 1 minute walk from railway station, yet was very quiet in the evening. Good standard room. The bistro dinner was excellent.
Hotel in reasonable position for town, room very comfortable but small, staff very good.
Wi Fi rubbish, so slow iPad kept timing out eventually gave up
Stayed here some nine years ago; we loved the hotel then and were not disappointed this time. Staff were pleasant and helpful and we particularly enjoyed the atmosphere in the Auberge restaurant. Our room was spacious and cool and very well appointed. A lovely place to stay.
Large room allowing you to open suitcases besides doing it on the bed. Large bathroom with double sinks and room to relax and easily walk about in the room.
Located right across from Train Station so parking is an issue and expensive. Able to park overnight at no cost but must leave before 9:00 am if you do not want a ticket. Only three restaurants in the vicinity and two of them are attached to the Hotel so expensive.
The size of the room was good and the bathroom was nice
Tight parking bays and the noise of the railway line.
Right opposite the train station, so perfect for a day trip to Strasbourg. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but walked in to Colmar through the park. There are lots of lovely restaurants to chose from. On our last evening we had a picnic in the park.
Ideally located near the train station (across the street) and a close walk to City Center (approximately 1 mile). Also, free parking at the train station (based on availability, of course).
The room was fantastic - more like a suite - and we had a really relaxing short stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly and the situation - opposite the lovely old station- was ideal.
we had a handicap room for us with our baby, it was a great room, spacious, very well equipped. Very friendly hotel staff, (too) large and expensive breakfast.
pity there were no more places in the parking
Spacious and beautifully appointed room, friendly staff.
The bed was wonderful !!!
convenient location next to train station and 10 minute walk to old town, great room overlooking front square, helpful staff gave great directions and printed our boarding passes, croissants readily available in train station
breakfast a bit pricey, better to bury it in the room rate, so we skipped it and it was probably great
Liked the fact that we were moved to a lovely room on the top floor of the older part of the hotel. Lovely fresh linen. Specially like the Bistro and the lady who served us was excellent. It would be great if a simple continental breakfast of orange juice, coffee and croissants could be offered!
Didn't like the first very modern room that was first allocated to us but this was changed, immediately we spoke to the lady on Reception.
Great location, with easy access to the old town. Nicely appointed rooms. Great Bistro restaurant, quite expensive but very good
