Everything was perfect. The girls & guys at the reception were very polite & helpful (with everything from where to buy a coffee to what to do in a train strike) & they were all speaking English. We rent a Superior Room with king size bed & it was beautiful. Floor was full covered with carpet & the feeling was very cozy. The bathroom was big with a bathtub & robes & other related stuff were provided. The location is excellent & everything you need in every day situations is within walking distance (cafes, restaurants, fast food, bakery, shops, etc.). The Metro is very close & from Chatelet station (the central & biggest station of Paris) you can travel almost anywhere. Not much more to say. Just perfect. |

the location of the hotel is excellent, museums, shops, restorants, train at walking distance,,,a great restaurant de vins around the corner,,warm, peacfull and clean, friendly stuff some rooms have bathroom in the same space with bedroom,,matresses must be old, poor breakfast, sometimes we could hear people talking in the next room. The room's decoration is not as impresive as it looks at the pictures. |

Easy to reach. Central position near many lovely sites in Paris. The personel was very willing to help out. The photographs used to promote the hotel were a lot fancier than the hotel really is and the rooms were a lot smaller than the impression that was given on the website. Furthermore we had a power failure and a broken shower. Once, shortly after midnight, we had to wait 10 minutes in front of the main entrance because the receptionist was helping a guest somewhere in the hotel. Also there was reconstruction work going on opposite the hotel which started very early in the morning which disturbed our sleep and rest. |

The hotel has a great location, 5 min walk to Louvre museum and 5 min walk to Notre-Dame (panagia ton Parision). Near to metro station (chatelet-Les Halles) that has a direct connection to the airport (€8.50 ticket to Charles de Gaulles airport). Very friendly and helpful reception staff The main problem of the hotel is the breakfast: The breakfast room is too small, needs to have more choices and in enough quantities, the breakfast staff (one of them) was impolite. Need for more than one computer for access to the internet. |

Excellent staff, suited also for small children, good breakfast, charming and spacious rooms, great and yet peaceful location. Would go another time - this would be at least 3 star hotel in Nordic countries as well. Wifi does not work properly in all floors. Air conditioning is only used at summertime (during few days there was hot). The elevator was really small. |

As a Fire safety practitioner, I must report that the Hotel would be an extremely dangerous place to be in the event of a fire. Single staircase open to the ground floor risk area, with flammable wall coverings in the main staircase and bedrooms. |

The location was perfect and the staff very helpful. The building across the street was undergoing a complete renovation. Every morning at 730 the noise was unbearable and continued all day until around 430. There was no way to sleep with this noise. Not even for a quick 30 minute afternoon nap if you wanted. Any room with a street facing window will be miserable if you like a quiet morning before exploring the city. Please check to see if the construction has finished before booking a street view room. And don't believe the staff when they say the work is not supposed to start until 9am - it starts at 730 during the week. There is no construction during on Saturday and Sunday. But during the week - its a noisy hotel. If no construction is happening, this is a perfect hotel. |

Great location. 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame and to the Louvre. Very close to the underground and shopping area (not luxury shopping). Room is not too big but it is ok considering this is Paris. The hotel is located on a side street so you avoid all the traffic noise. I would go again to this hotel. The WC had no window. Breakfast is ok although repetitive if you stay more than 2-3 days. |

Staff was willing to help with directions for the metro before we left the US, which was very kind. Room was very small but clean. Nice that they had a small refrigerator in the room for drinks thought it would be a little fancier than it was, based on the reviews and photos of the hotel's website. |

Proximity to shopping and transport., both very good. Some very good restaurants in the area. Usual Parisian shoe box room, although nicely decorated. No heat control in the room, which was a hot house in the early evening. Shower room quite small. No tea/coffee making service. No iron in room with board, although there is a small room near reception you can use to freshen up clothing. Lane outside hotel used as sitting area for local down and outs! |
