Convenience for city centre and viewing historic buildings; pleasant English speaking receptionist; quality of breakfast provided. Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. Minor issues. Not easy to find. Street side room meant we were kept awake late into the night by noisy people, and then woken by early morning delivery lorries. No shower curtain. |

Central location helpful staff We stayed at hotel because of the location,we thought it had a gararge as we were traveling back from our main holidays with all our belongings in the car as it is a 4x4 it would not fit in the garage they suggested so they gave us directions to the very secure (locked up at night) underground railway station garage 10 minutes on foot from hotel. |

the staff was very helpful the floor in the single room was lower at the headboard side of the bed, and the feetside was higher . |

Very nice breakfast. Quiet. Situated in the older historic part of the town. No tea-making facilities in my room. |

Its right in the centre of town, on the downside this means that access is awkward (no vehicular access), on the plus side you are in the middle of town...! |

the location of the hotel is perfect. you can go to the church and shopping area on walk. they don't have curtain in bathroom. when you take shower it would be eaiser to get water spilled out the tube. the first night I cann't get the access to the internet. parking is inconvinient. |

Actually I did not stayed but I booked it for my business executive who visited Brussel. The excutive reposnse was good for the hotel. In response our future delegation will give preference to this hotel for business stay. Not specific. But reception should ask before charging bill about mode of payment customer wish to use. Reception charged the card used for booking instead cash payment customer wanted to use. The mistake could have been avoided if reception would have asked before charging the card. Although later, on request reception cancelled card payment and took cash. |

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, l'eau s'écoulant du bain et des robinets et de couleurs brun foncé, les tuyauteries le matin (certainement le chauffage) font un bruit épouvantable. |

La situation de l'hôtel est particulièrement agréable si le but du voyage est de venir admirer la cathédrale et les autres vestiges anciens de la ville, ce qui était mon cas. Je trouve les salles de bain spécialement petites et j'aurais aimé trouver dans la chambre un minibar et un safe. L'ascenseur aussi est bien exigu. Mais je comprends qu'on a fait un maximum pour exploiter un bâtiment ancien... |

j'ai particulièrement aimé les dimensions de la chambre, très spacieuse et le cadre accueillant chaleureux et assez chic. par contre certaines choses auraient besoin d'être rafraîchies, en l'occurrence les moquettes. et pas de rideau de douche malheureusement quand on a une chambre avec baignoire. |

Bonne situation pour découvrir la ville. Chambre agréable (suite junior) et bien équipée, literie confortable. Insonorisation insuffisante pour un hôtel qui se veut de ce standing. Télévision un peu petite au regard de la distance qui la sépare du lit. |

Уютные, чистые номера. Хороший завтрак - щведский стол. Разумные цены, учитывая, что находится в центре города. Парковка - частный гараж прямо в гостинице. (поскольку ездили на мотоцикле было ооочень актуально). |
