If you want a cheap hotel to spend a weekend in Paris , this is a good option , it is very well located , has internet , shuttle service to the airport can be arrenged. I think is a good option if looking for a cheap and clean hotel.
Good location by the train station.
Room very dated and dirty. Floor very uneven sloping from right to left. Poor bathroom facilities and furnishings. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. For €90 a night you should expect a bit more.
The location was the only nicein this place.
The rrhh during the weekend, especialy one person was very rude and not profesional. Nobody informed that the breakfast was not included, even after the buill, and when i was going back to the airport on my way back home, this person called saying i had to pay the breakfast. The breakfast is horrible and with out choises, only cheese, sweetstuff for 1 type of bread...not hoigienic...and after they ask you 15eur for 2 mini croissants with articial oranje juice. Anyway. Not a good experience.
my room was very hot and noisy, my shower did not have a wall and I had to sit and shower
location, the room I stayed in was clean the lady cleaning the room is very friendly and service oriented.
rooms are very small, WIFI does not work, it is offered as a free services without any support when it is not working, No air-condition in the room, it is a quite hotel for short stay 1 or 2 days maximum. definitely not a business hotel...Tv channels are bad.
Convenient for St Lazare
The bed broke for the third party in our family and we woke with several insect bites over our bodies.
The location near Saint Lazare rail station, is very helpful to access any where.
Nothing to mention.
The staff are very rude and do not have the minimum required hospitality attitude.
Extremely noisy. No comfort. The old carpet...
Location. Nothing else
Did not like anything. Room was dirty. Smelled like urin in carpet. Wifi did not work. Beds are old and caving in. Furniture is falling apart. Hotel is in major need of remodeling. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
location reception staff
the bed .....with a big hole in the mattress.....you need to throw it away
Lousy hotel Poor breakfast Poor hi fi connection Poor room facilities. No plug in easy to reach
close to tube station.
The area around the hotel was not nice. I was not comfortable walking at night time. I did not feel safe.
The place of the hotel was very good. It was easy to reach metro, rer and bus. It's easy to go opera, la fayette, concorde, champs elysees, louvre, river seine and by metro to tour eifel.
The rooms and bathrooms are very old, they have to be be modernized. Even i wrote to the hotel that i needed a room for couples 3 weeks ago, the room was for two singles.
Clean, Comfortable, Close to metro
Wi-fi was unreliable and barely available, some staff extremely unprofessional, beds not clean, rooms not clean, smelly, lack of comfort and hospitality
Central location Wifi available in rooms
Dirty Very noisy Wall paper came off the wall Very old bathroom Not safe as even on the first floor somebody can come in through the window easily Heating was running at full temperature and could not be switched off Poor breakfast for 15€
Nice reception. Small tired rooms that were good on comfort. Noisy road outside.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Slightly dated and as the hotel is on a main road there is constant traffic through the night which can be heard in the rooms.
I liked the room space and the location was truly excellent!I also thought it was a little clean.
I didnt really like the number of Staff.I recommend you hire more Staff, and maybe either expand the elevator or add another one.
