Proximity to the metro stations - Voltairre and Ledru Rollin.

I don't think it is worth the money. The rooms are far too small and facilities insufficient (I mean I have seen much better at that price). Location wise, it is not super convenient as such. Almost more than a K.M from Gare du Lyon.

The size of rooms is too small, they was doing some building walls outside and that gave us noise and discomfort, we couldn't open the window because of the builders who walking outside of the window.

Couldn't sleep because walls are very thin. At the reception they were not so nice.

Check in time on the booking.com is wrong. We showed up at 12:30 and got told the earliest check in time is 2pm, explained the situation to reception staff and asked her to update info on website but she couldn't care less. Shower head is broken and the bathroom is extremely small - lucky me and partner are both slim, a large person will sure not be able to go into the shower.

The night receptionist was very friendly and tried to do his best to minimize the hygene problem the hotel rooms have. The bed was comfortable but not very clean.

There is hair everywhere in the room; The bathroom floor was not very clean; The shower was broken; The bed sheets were stained; THEY HAD VERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION WORK GOING ON AT 8AM ALL OVER THE PLACE, that woke us up immediatly and we could no longer sleep with all the noise.

Very good location and very nice staff . Christine especially was very kind and also the man in nightime was very nice too. I really like the staff of the hotel they make my trip better !!!

I was treated very unfairly because I wasn't told that for some reason I am suppose to hand my key into reception every time I leave the hotel. So I was treated like a criminal and followed around constantly.

Do not stay here. We booked this hotel thinking it would only be a bed and a shower to use whilst exploring the sites of Paris - however even then, they did not meet the basic standards we requested. Firstly, they had lost our booking. Secondly, had to change rooms after the 1st out of 3 night stays - in which the heater was on high and would not go down, the bathroom flooded after a very quick shower and discovered later in the day to have bites all over my body from bed bugs. Would have changed hotels if if were for a non-refundable booking.

During our short stay people really made difference, they were helpful and nicely answered our few requests. The hotel is well located and close to 2 metro stations. Rooms are simple but they have all you need if your plan is to spend time visiting the city instead of staying long time in the hotel.

Our room was not sound proof thus we could listen other people walking and talking in the corridor and also some noise from the rooms around.

Good location, close to the metro station and if you like to walk is close to the river. Friendly staff, always helping and providing all the help to inform you and advise you, specially Cristine. Thank you.

The hotel staff is nice and willing to help. The hotel rooms and lobby are clean. There is a metro station about 5 min walk from the hotel.

The rooms are very small, very hard to move around. The breakfast is very poor, dont order it!

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Is streactly near to the metro Voltaire and to the bastille (just 10/15 minutes walk). The room is little, but clean, warm and the hot water for the shower works fine. After all we was in paris to visit the city not for sleep :).

Only the location of the hotel is good

Everything starting from the room . The room size was really very small . Cleanliness was a big issue with a very bed smell in the lobby.

Its location is very central, and metro is very close by

The only fault is the basic rooms, its no more than a guest house really but because its an old paris building there is not much room for fault.We spent very little time in it so it did not interfere with our holiday. Its central location outweighed the rest.
