room is ok
the elevator was very small and slow.
Location, helpful staff, comfortable bed, and good wi-fi
Price was high considering the fair facilities and the poor level of cleanliness (especially bathroom). Very narrow shower door, someone of bigger size would not be able to access shower!
Lovely hotell with very helpful and friendly staff!
Location was biggest upside.
Loud!!!! So hard to sleep. You hear every little sound in hotel.
Price Room Décor Shower/Bathroom Location
No Kettle in room
It suited our needs somewhere to stay just one night before we caught our flight from Paris to Melbourne
There was a lot of street traffic and the room was very small
Small rooms and a bit boisy those with view on the street, but this is because of center location.
Good breakfast, good location
Wifi required sign on with every use and sometimes ejected user after 30 minutes use for another signing on. A pain in the ass to use.
Location, cleanliness and breakfast.
No shower curtain.
The price probably reflects the standard, but it is convenient for the Metro and, as most hotels in Paris, there are numerous bars and restaurants close by.
Lift very small and stairs narrow and dark. The curtain rail fell off the wall when we opened the window. The towel rail was held together with sticky tape. The shower was very small and slippery. It all looked a little tired and slightly "seedy". One of their award notices on display was from 2002 and another from 2005!
Location/one member of staff particularly helpful(male nightshift) the decor plain but nice. Good bed and bedding. For the price it was good. Showerhead changed when I reported the problem with it.
Shower head was filthy with some kind of muck. Changed the next day when I reported this.
The real value of money.
Shower place is tiny.
Everything except the bathroom, because its very small to take a shower
Little little bathroom
The hotel was clean and the staff, in general were happy to help. The area was a short walk from the metro station and close to shops, bars and resteraunts.
The room was verging on unbearably warm at night, making it incredibly difficult to sleep. This could've been countered by opening the window but our particular window opened onto another roof with 4 or 5 surrounding windows which would have made it very easy to access had someone decided to attempt to climb over - perhaps other rooms do not have this problem. The walls were also very thin and we could hear children in other rooms crying constantly
Close to the tube, reasonable facilities locally. Fast food outlets, baker's , bar's etc. Connection from local metro station to next line was short.
Staff were very distant, hate their job attitude. what now? face any time you approached them, even if it was just to hand in your key. You've paid, so you can jump off a bridge type mentality, noisy staff in the morning's letting the door's bang as they move from room to room cleaning.
The hotel was easy to find, just a short walk from Place Leon Blum, though we walked there from Gare du Nord along the canal with a lunch stop. Our room was clean and big enough for a short stay. Even though we were next to the lift, there was limited noise and we slept well. The staff were very helpful and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but made use of the offers at the local boulangerie.
Location, area, staff, wi-fi.
Could be more facilities, floor space.
We loved how we were treated by the staff. They were very attentive and willing to help us with directions and made great suggestions on where to eat etc.
The elevator was very small and clostrophobic.
Room nice and clean
Breakfast was very poor
Bathroom with a really little sink
Good location with a bus stop at the gate and aCarrefour m arket 20 meters away
The basin is small and so are the beds.
Having a nice glass of wine on our balcony after our long days of walking. Great to relax and still watch the people of Paris going about. Also a wonderful grocery store just a few doors down. Streets with cafés, restaurants, and shopping were right there as well. Highly recommend going left out of hotel to end of block cross street -best cafe au lait we found in Paris.
The one hotel male clerk was not very friendly but the ladies were very friendly.
Comfy beds, clean room, great location
